Beautiful, historic, remodeled home in walking distance of downtown Kingsport and the 11 mile Greenbelt. It's the closest stand alone home to downtown. My wife and I run and maintain the property and live close by. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/laundry room. This home has a large enclosed back patio and gazebo area with table, grill, gas fire, fountain, flowers/plants, TV/ lights. Stone drive is only a mile away. Meadowview conference is 2.8 miles away.
