This home is wonderfully located, completely remodeled (2,800 sq ft) 1-story home. The house is on a main road only one mile from Presque Isle and Waldameer. The home features a large kitchen for entertaining and a new Puraflame fireplace. The kitchen and family room includes a smart TV with an internet connection and local channels. Plenty of off street parking for large vehicles, even boats! The backyard has a small grassy area, cement patio, fire table, chairs and an outdoor grill.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore.
