Experience the charm of Kolbjørnsvik – a small, charming harbor with roots back to the sailing time, just a stone's throw from Arendal city center. Here you live in quiet surroundings with a short distance to both the archipelago, the city, swimming areas and nature. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

In this place one lives close to everything, the location is central. The loft apartment is about 70 square meters. Large sunny porch, private entrance, Living room, kitchen, bathroom and sleeps 4 people. It is a quiet and calm neighborhood with nice hiking trails, swimming area and fishing water within walking distance. At the same time, it is close to several shops and eateries. There are good bus connections, about 10 minutes by bus to Arendal city center and about 50 minutes by car to Kristiansand Zoo.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Let us know if anything is missing.

Enjoy the sea view in a fully equipped nice apartment near Arendal city center, and 5 min walking distance from the railway station. The place is suitable for two people, with the possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room (1.40). The city park with bathing jetty, volleyball and skateboard track is nearby. Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. It is about an 8 min walk along the jetty to many tempting outdoor restaurants in Arendal city center.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

VOI El-sparkesykkel has a range to the city center. Apartment w/terrace and sea view. Designated garden and jetty can be used for swimming and sunbathing to the right of the boathouse when you look from the house. Quiet area, swimming areas nearby. Short distance to the bus and store. About 4.5 km to the city Equipped with all you need when you are on a trip. Ideal, if you need a little more space than in a hotel room
