Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

We provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator for your convenience. Please note that this space does not have a full kitchen If you have a car we have driveway parking for you. With off-street parking & a deck, this little place is a great Del Ray stay! One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence. Minimal checkout instructions!

Huge Studio/Temp Control Mattress/Free Parking
We have an Eight Sleep Cover on the bed. This allows for temperature control cold/hot for each individual side (or the whole bed). It is an amazingly good nights rest. My job is to serve. If you can think of anything during your stay just reach out and I will get it for you! Coffee Bar with Keurig Machine and French Press with assortment of teas & coffees (whole and ground). Recently updated with a fresh coat of paint & stylish tile shower.

Our renovated apartment getaway is located in the center of charming Del Ray in Alexandria, VA. Walk to everything including lots of dining/coffee spots, bus & metro. 5 minutes from the airport, DC with all its sights is right across the river. The basement apartment has a private entrance, lots of natural light, eat-in kitchenette, sauna and rainhead shower, and music/tv (Amazon Firestick for logging into your streaming services) options.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.
This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
