Beautiful and spacious place. I was able to check in earlier than expected and even add an extra day to my stay. Very peaceful/quiet neighborhood and I would definitely plan another staycation here.

The house is quite nice. The surroundings and porch are beautiful, especially in the early morning.

Gorgeous house with tons of beautifully curated amenities that make you feel right at home. The rooms were spotless with gorgeous design and details, and the primary bathroom even had a towel warmer! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need including pots, pans, baking sheets, and even a bread maker! A record player in every room with an amazing collection of music. Lots of games and activities in the den! The backyard was gorgeous and a relaxing place to hang out. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sacramento I can’t recommend this place enough. The host worked with me to make an early check in possible and was extremely responsive.

Great Airbnb! Loved the house it was nice and felt private and quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again! Thank you for being nice hosts! My kids had a blast and enjoyed the stay. 5 stars! Felt like a very homey feeling. Great job!

I absolutely loved my stay at Kelly’s place. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and peaceful. I especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen, as I like to cook. Kelly was a friendly, respectful, and responsive host. Recommended.

We had a wonderful experience renting a house from Charles! The property was fantastic, with plenty of space and all the amenities we could need. The house was not only functional but also vibrant, with lots of activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything worked perfectly, and it was clear the house was well-maintained. Charles was an attentive and responsive host, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend renting from him!

We come to the same trade show in Sacramento every year in January. We have now stayed at Gurkirt's place two years in a row. We plan on coming back next year if it is available! Gurkirt is prompt with replys on questions and has clear instructions for the stay. Super easy.

This is one of the most relaxing and comfortable and Airbnbs I have ever stayed. The host Danielle, has carefully and respectfully provided an environment that is soothing and incredibly comforting. While the kitchen and bathroom are incredibly relaxing and clean with plenty of positive aspects. The bedroom was probably the most comfortable space I have ever stayed. Danielle’s mattress has to be one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. It is also obvious that Danielle puts detailed efforts to make this a very special place for her guest. That said, her location also has many wonderful qualities. While you might want to rent a car to go see some of the sights around it is fully capable to go without a car but it would be a minor struggle. Lastly, the neighborhood is a quaint mid century community with several walkable, entertaining places to enjoy.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Great place to stay if your looking for something cozy and convenient right close to dt Sacramento

Apartment was as described in the listing. Very functional and comfortable stay. Easy to communicate with Susan and the place feels very safe given the location. We were in the area visiting someone at Sutter hospital so the location was ideal, right around the corner. The bed was a bit soft for our tastes, but in reading reviews there's as many folks commenting it was perfect as there were commenting that it was soft so this obviously is a personal preference.

Second stay here. Sweet little studio with a great outdoor area. Super clean and had everything we needed. Great host! Close to Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op for groceries or eating at the hot food bar.

Anthony and Gina were amazing people, very attentive and friendly gave clear instructions and walked me through everything in the unit. Checked in with me several times to see if I needed or wanted anything. When I saw them after check in made small talk and just made me feel very comfortable and welcome

We had a great stay here! The home was cute and cozy and had all we needed! Izzy was very friendly and responsive and to any questions we had. The only thing was that the wall unit kept blowing air on us overnight as it is facing the bed.

Very cute cottage behind main house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Walk to a nearby market. House has a full kitchen, well stocked with cooking equipment. Simply and comfortably furnished and absolutely spotless! Our hosts were out of town but still very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Barb’s place is fabulous! So comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had a bit of trouble with the heater but Barb responded immediately and troubleshooted the problem with us. This is our go-to place when we are visiting Sacramento!

Chris’s place was excellent. Clean, great location, safe and cozy. I’m from the Sacramento area and visit family and friends a lot and this such an ideal location and walking distance to so much! Totally recommend!

The guest studio is small but perfect and very clean! My husband is big and tall and we had zero problems with the space. Steven thought of everything you could need and we were close to a lot of establishments.

Great location, safe neighborhood, easy to park, very quiet cute back house. The bed was clean and comfy, I think the listing said it was a queen but it was a large cal king! The layout of the space made it feel bigger, lots of open space, large kitchen and a large outdoor front patio. The hosts left the heater on so the place was cozy upon arrival, nice touch for a winter trip north. We explored on bikes and the neighborhood was in a great location to get around, bike paths everywhere, cute neighborhood spots to eat. It was the perfect neighborhood to explore the capitol. Thanks for the hospitality.
