apartment is very Peaceful and sea beach very near also shopping centre you can walk by yourself . garden very clean and beautiful. our family spend very nice time together at the apartment. Specially with papa everything is best There was a lake just next to the garden. Highly recommend. we will come back again soon.

We had a lovely stay here! Such a clean apartment, and so nice to have the pool and gym on site. Our host was so friendly and always answered our questions quickly! She also got us all a little gift each, which was so sweet of her❤️ couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had a great time with the family, we were 10 adults with two babies and everyone found a comfortable place in the house. This was greatly made possible by the staff whom we sincerely thank, Duli and Milan were very attentive to us and for our babies, they were efficient, proactive, smiling, discreet and cooked us excellent meals. Sharmini, our hostess, was also present by phone, made sure everything was okay and offered us a delicious dinner prepared by the staff. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! The house is well appointed, the 5 bedrooms each have its own bathroom, the pool is clean and shaded part of the day, which is very nice, and at the end of the garden there is the beach... A diving center is 30 m away, which allowed us to take classes and pass the padi very easily. Otherwise there are tuk tuk on the street on the way out of the house, to go to Hikkudawa or Galle.

We are a travelling family and the villa was just perfect for us. We also work online so we needed a quick internet - and it worked very well. Sanjaya and his family are warm beautiful people and they always helped us with anything we asked for. We also enjoyed the garden that is full of birds. Very recommended accomodation! We made a last-minute booking, but everything was very well organized. Podi communicated excellently and provided a clear and detailed description of the place upon our arrival. We especially loved the kitchen and its well-equipped setup, and we truly enjoyed the space as if it were our own home. Highly recommended for long stays and groups!

Just got back from freshwater house, we had an amazing stay. Pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s very modern, great pool, big bedrooms and bathrooms and extra sleeping places in the loft spaces and mezzanines. The best thing about our stay was Moh and the girls, they were amazing hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us, the meals that they cooked for us were absolutely amazing every time, and they were always asking if we would like coffee/fruit juice/ snacks. I suffered from a bad back while I was there and Moh even gave me a massage every day free of charge, which really helped. We had to leave at 4am for our flight and Moh and the girls even came in to make us coffee and see us off which was a really nice touch. I can’t recommend this place enough and if we ever return to Mirissa, we wouldn’t hesitate to book freshwater house again. Thanks so much for looking after us, we had an amazing stay

Second stay in 2 weeks, still great. falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is a luxury. Gayan and his team are very friendly and efficient. Adorable dogs guard the cabin at night... from a possible monkey invasion ;)

The house is perfect, we had such a nice stay here. Very stylish, good location and the housekeeper is the sweetest and makes very nice breakfast! The restaurant Citra that they have down the street is one of the best in Sri Lanka also! Would recommend this place to everyone and we hope we have a chance to go back one day!

This villa is in a great location - almost at the heart of the south coast. Ahangama, Welligama, etc. are easily reachable from there. Rooms are normal size and pool was great. Area around villa was great with palm trees and some cows which gave great relaxing feeling. Only thing that we didn't expect was other people because there are two villas in the property. But everything else was great.
