We had a pleasant stay out of season (8 days: a few clouds, a rainy day and two days of great weather in January!). We were able to visit the islands of Porquerolle and Port-Cros and rest in the evening in the accommodation in comfort. The bedrooms and living room were large, bright, clean and all with sea views. The bedrooms had enough storage space for a whole month (we only stayed 8 days). The washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen equipment and fast internet were there, what more could you ask for. Thanks again to Delphine for allowing us to rent her home for this vacation. Rental where we'd like to come back longer at the beginning or end of the beautiful season.

A beautiful apartment, beautiful decor, very spacious, and bright a very responsive and kind host. Very large apartment for 2 and also for 4 people. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and would come back without hesitation.

Fantastic cozy & super-bright apartment in a great central location near the Forville market and Le Suquet restaurants. Virginie was super helpful with flexible check-in/out. Has everything for shorter or longer stays - we enjoyed 3-weeks but cd happily have stayed longer. Will definitely be back 😀

Superb apartment, very clean, neat and pleasant. Lots of cooking utensils available to us in addition to the dishwasher and washing machine. We feel very nice there. Convenient if you come to Nice by train, less convenient if you have a car because it is difficult to park in the city. On the other hand, it's very easy to get to the Promenade des Anglais and in the center of Nice, also easy for shopping. I highly recommend it!

Excellent accommodation with everything available on site, which is a real plus. Very clean accommodation, good bed linens, fast and efficient communication with the host. No complaints, you can go there without so much as a second thought!

I stayed at Francois’s place few times. Always great to come back. The place is very enjoyable on the 7th floor with a lot of light and balcony with nice view of the city. The small kitchen has all you need to make breakfast (2 different coffee machines). The double bed/sofa is comfortable for one person or a young couple. Highly recommended place in a great location 10 min walk to beach.

The apartment is extremely beautiful (even better than pics) and well located. It makes you wish you lived somewhere where you could have red tiled floors! Nicholas is v communicative and helpful. I’d stay at his place again any day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Helen’s place! It was very clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. We loved the rooftop patio, definitely an added bonus to this stay. My husband and son are tall, so they did hit their heads a few times on the rafters, but they quickly learned. 😄 The whole space was cozy and the location was perfect. Helen was also very responsive to my messages and very kind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

A great stay in this lovely apartment. Nice, well-equipped, quiet. Everything was great: the balcony with the view of the collegiate church, the sea view, the parking and the ideal location, both to visit Hyères on foot, and to get around the area. Thank you to our hosts, always responsive and very friendly in our interactions. I would 100% recommend this place and we will be happy to come back. 😊

The accommodation offered by Thérèse and Alain is very pleasant to discover the lake of Sainte Croix and its surroundings. The view from the place is superb and the bedding is super comfortable. Great for a short stay in the Verdon!

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

I had a great stay - beautiful new apartment, right in the centre, 5 mins walk from the train station/ 25 euro uber trip to Monaco. Perfect location. Super clean and spacious place. You do beed to bring your luggage to 3 rd floor with no lift though. Saimir, who manages the property with Anya was there every day and helped with everything straight away. And also helped amazingly with keeping my luggage longer on check out. Massively appreciate! Will def come back! Thank you, team!
