Entire home (approx. 1588 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 living, 1 dining and a beautiful spacious kitchen + gameroom in garage. Enjoy the backyard equipped with a grill and outdoor picnic table. You have access to the whole house including the garage(converted gameroom). You also have access to front and back yard. Home access- keyless entry. Feel free to call/text with any questions. The home is across the street from the Dell Diamond, the Kalahari Resort Waterpark, and several grocery stores. Go for a run on one of the nearby jogging trails in Old Settlers Park. Lake Travis and the city of Austin are a drive away. Magnolia Market, Magnolia Table and Press Coffee Co (Chip and Joanna Gains businesses) are only an hour away. By car. Please park in driveway. Please don't park curbside. House manual available in the entry way table to help you browse through the home :)
