A very nice apartment. The description matches what you receive. The host has taken care to create a stay with the greatest comfort for guests, it shows. It helps a lot that the town is small and from the location you can move around easily and in a very short time to practically everything.

Everything was amazing about the place and the host, no complaints. Go for it! Just regarding the reception we were dissatisfied, they offered us to go boating on the lake, we accepted, the appointment was at 12:30 p.m. we waited until 12:45 p.m. still nothing, we went to the reception, we waited to finally tell us that there will be no boat, no reason, outing canceled and day ruined. On the accommodation, however, no complaints.

Joe and Laura were fantastic. They made us feel right at home. Was very helpful and accomdating. will definitely be back.

Janice and Larry were wonderful hosts. Always willing to answer our questions but also very respectful of our privacy. Mermaid Manor was clean with a spacious outdoor space, good kitchen and a firm, comfortable mattress (always a nice bonus for me!) You'll have no regrets booking this gem.

The accommodation could not have been better located. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity, the eco-park and the fortress of Bacalar are a 10–15 min walk away. Lulu is very responsive. Everything necessary is present in the accommodation. A great experience in Bacalar that I would recommend without so much as a second thought!

The house is in a very great location. You have your own private lagoon area. Shops and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. The fact that kayaks are available is a plus. Ms. Claudia is a great host, met us at the property and showed us the ins and outs. I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay at Bacalar.

The house is very nice, spacious. The decoration is very cozy. The kitchen utensils allowed us to eat at home, when we needed it.

The apartment is very comfortable, very well-equipped, with a beautiful pool and patio to rest from the walks. Although it is not in the center of Bacalar, it is very easy to get to, it is very close to the lagoon and the beach clubs. The hosts were very attentive to us, there was a small inconvenience on arrival but it was quickly solved. Each query was answered within a few minutes. They recommended a boat ride on the lagoon and a beach club that were excellent. The town is small and very safe Highly recommended!
