Wine weekends!

ChristianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Anita’s home served as the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with the guys. She responded quickly to all inquiries, provided clear instructions on how to access the Airbnb, and made herself available for any further questions. The space was clean and matched what was described in the listing. You can’t ask for a better location, only about 5-10 minutes from downtown by car. I highly recommend staying here and would return in the future.

Had a great stay at this very clean and spacious home. It’s in a great location too where downtown Charlottesville is but a 5 minute drive and the UVA campus is about the same. Highly recommended choosing this home when coming to visit Charlottesville!

Stone Spring - Heated Salt Pool - on 2.5 Acres

KarenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

Luray Mountain Home: Hot Tub, Game Room, Firepit!

RoreyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was spacious and had beautiful mountain views. Our kids loved the large yard and game room. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a quick drive to get groceries. The drive to Shenandoah was only 15-20 min too.

This place was so well stocked and inviting. There was plenty of food in the refrigerator for breakfast. We did not need to buy anything at all. There was also a great deal of toiletries in case we forgot something. We really enjoyed this house.

"The Shire" at Hollow View: Crozet Farmhouse

JonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Megan's place was just what we needed for a romantic getaway. Tucked away in the woods with quiet scenery, but not too far from Crozet and wineries, and about 30 min from Charlottesville proper. Friendly dogs greeted our pup as well, which was nice! The house was as expected, a rustic homey farmhouse with plenty of space and areas to roam for our pup. It was a cold winter day, so the house got a bit cold at night, but the heaters and an extra blanket were enough to keep us all warm. The rooms and bathroom were all clean and very tidy. We did not need much from the kitchen this stay, but there appeared to have all of the amenities. Megan was very responsive and was flexible allowing us early check-in and letting us know about possible road closures and best routes to take. Overall a wonderful place to stay as expected. Thank you!

Ridgeview Retreat: Mountain Views and Pet Friendly

JoanneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was the first time that we rented this property and we truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very cozy, inviting and very clean. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, tools, pots, pans, etc. that were needed to prepare meals. The property landscaping, privacy and peaceful surroundings were all outstanding. We ate some of our meals on the back deck and enjoyed an evening where we built a fire in the firepit, roasted marshmallows, made smores, while engaging in great conversations and lots of laughs. The host and her team communicated clearly and very timely with us. I would definitely book this property again in the future.

Pet-Friendly Country Farm House on Pond

BrianneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay at Golden Meadows was fantastic! It was our family of 3 (including a young child) and our 2 noisy mutts. We felt right at home and as many reviews mention, it was incredibly dog-friendly. Our city dogs really enjoyed being able to explore the large fenced yard. Rick was very welcoming and communicative, and we enjoyed learning more about the history of the property. We'll definitely be back!

Bear Creek Inn

House was great! The creek in the front yard was gorgeous and a fan favorite for our German Shepherd. The rooms were very comfy. The sun room was our favorite spot to hangout while we were there! Some really great hikes within minutes of the house as well. Fire pit out back had everything we needed to get it going and the fenced in yard meant our pup could run around the whole time! 11/10

The cabin is beautiful and had plenty of room for us (6 adults, 3 kids & 1 infant). Everything was exactly how it is pictured! The hosts couldn’t have been nicer & were very accommodating. Scenic Blue Ridge Sanctuary

Mary BethRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My girl friends and I wanted to meet in this part of Virginia to check out the local wineries, do a little hiking, and visit a few antique stores and/or vintage markets. We decided on Karen's place, which was a perfect fit for us. Her home is beautiful, super clean, easy to find, and has gorgeous views out of the many windows. While we were able to enjoy the fireplace, it was still a little too cold to enjoy the outdoor spaces. We may need to plan a return visit to check out some more of the local wineries and be able to enjoy Karen's deck, screened-in porch, and yard! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were quiet, and the living spaces worked well for the three of us. I would highly recommend Karen's place in Waynesboro, VA!

Luxurious Cabin By the Creek! Inground pool! Spa!

TiffanyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the Super hosts that made sure every detail of our stay was comfortable!! We drove 14hrs to stay here and when we parked and stepped out on the property you can hear the soothing sound of the running stream surrounding the property, they had the hot tub turned on and every bit of this place was spotless and cozy!! They did not leave anything out. First time I’ve ever rated an air bnb stay but this place was well deserving of praise.

Great place for a family getaway! We had our original listing cancel 24 hours before we were supposed to check in. Andrea made sure their place was in perfect condition even last minute! We were so thankful to find such an incredible place to stay and it was very helpful that the check in process was so flexible and easy! Located 10-15 minutes from many things to do in Luray and Shenandoah made it easy to enjoy various attraction but also gave you the ability to come back to a cozy home that gave you comfort and privacy. We have young children and they loved the games and exploring in the forest! We look forward for a chance to come back!

Misty Mountain Cabin w/spa

EmilyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Misty’s cabin was a great place to spend a weekend in the woods. Though a slight issue arose upon our arrival, they were extremely communicative and had the issue fixed in a timely manner. The cabin itself has a stunning view of the mountains and feels secluded. We would definitely return.
