Luxury Studio Borders Park - Walk to Shopping

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. Come get cozy in my historic miner's house from the 1890s located in the picturesque mountain community of Salina. Our cabin is a gorgeous 15 minute drive from the heart of Boulder. Enjoy mountain biking and hiking right from the front door. It is a wonderful stay for one or two couples or a family of 3 or four looking for some peace and quiet but still close to all that Boulder has to offer.

The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.

Current Covid-19 precautions: Airbnb's current covid regulations, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution, all linens changed out between guests, etc. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
