Nice place in great location to explore Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street and some other cool nearby spots. Quiet residential neighborhood with easy parking, lots of trees, nice neighbors. On the first morning we found out those neighbors occasionally include mule deer, how cool is that!! Carol was flexible regarding check-in time, and greeted us on arrival. She has a ton of local recommendations for things to see and do. Her place is comfortable and well equipped. She lives above the apartment, so yes of course you can hear some normal living noises, but this did not bother us at all! Would love to come back!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

I have stayed with Ivo before and will continue to stay at his wonderful, easy apartment. It is always clean, organized and quiet. It is near walking/biking trails on Coal Creek, so it is easy to get in a morning or evening or anytime walk. Thank you Ivo!

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and me. It was in a convenient location and spacious enough for us to share. Mark let us check in early which was so nice. I loved the extra heater in the bathroom ceiling and the shower was very nice. There’s a little coffee pot and a keurig but you will have to bring your own coffee. Highly recommend The Read Queen bookstore (walking distance), Pearl St in Boulder for great restaurants and shopping, and a day trip to Nederland if you have time!

Beautiful space in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay! The place was roomy and clean, with lots of thoughtful touches. Everything worked well, and the host was friendly and helpful. The location was secluded, yet conveniently close to town. The views are beautiful!

Had a great stay here while our house was getting new floors. Convenient location, nice & quiet location! Host was super flexible when we needed to add on extra days due to project running long! Highly recommend

This is a great place with lots of bedrooms. Close to hiking in Sonitas, but also to downtown. Great dining room table which was great for playing games. Comfortable beds. Clean place. Recently renovated. Only issue is only a single bathroom and it’s downstairs. But otherwise a great place!

Charlie's place was just what we needed for a weekend of hanging out with family who live nearby. Charlie was extra responsive and friendly in our communications. The place is exactly as expected from the pictures and descriptions. The main bed was very comfortable, which is a super bonus!

This was the second time staying at Lynette and Tim’s place. They are welcoming hosts and I feel right at home. The location is close to everything and walkable to many places. The space is clean and comfortable and has become my first choice for accommodations in Boulder! Highly recommend!

Like the reviews say, better than the photos, very walkable with ample trails and close to nice restaurants. Stunning views of the mountain range and Boulder amenities are very close by. Host was very friendly and responsive. Thank you for a great visit!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from their warm welcome to their prompt responses to any questions. The house itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

We had a great time cooking an early Christmas dinner. The kitchen was more than stocked with equipment we needed. The home was welcoming and comfy. Every detail was thought of! I highly recommended!!

We will definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Boulder. The condo was very nicely apppointed, most especially the kitchen! We immediately felt right at home. We stayed warm and comfortable even though the temps dropped below zero a couple of nights. Rest assured, this condo is a delightful home base for your stay in Boulder.

Nataliya was an amazing host and her home was amazing! It was stocked up with everything we needed and stuff we wouldn’t have even thought of needing. The place was squeaky clean and instructions for everything were clear!

Alison’s spot is fantastic because she’s clearly thought through every detail of the guest experience. The space is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, with clean white countertops, quality appliances, and modern yet warm cabinetry. The kitchen and dining areas flow beautifully, and the decor is tasteful and uncluttered. Upstairs, the three bedrooms have comfortable beds and fresh linens, and during our snowy, freezing stay, Alison even provided electric blankets for each room—a thoughtful touch. Small details, like Native-brand soaps in the bathroom and a drink fridge stocked with water and beer, show her care and attention. Nothing feels forced; it’s clear she simply asked, “What would I want in a stay?” and made it happen. Alison is also communicative and responsive, reaching out to ensure we were comfortable. It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite. If you’re staying in Boulder, this spot is hard to beat.

Nice apartment in the heart of Boulder. Accessible to everything Boulder has to offer including CU! Accommodations were lovely and so well decorated. Plenty of room for 4 adults or a family of 4.

Highly recommend! Incredibly convenient and walkable to Pearl St. Irena was such a great host and was always responsive. I work remote and the internet was fast and reliable. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, coffee and other basic essentials I needed and more. The bed was comfortable. Zero complaints!

I had a sweet stay in Eric's place. The kitchen is lovely to have tea and food, with big windows at the front of the home. It is walking to Pearl St, but not super close to the mall and such--just far enough. A great spot!
