We enjoy our stay and very happy to have found John and Clarence's place available! I was outside of town and very quiet and private, but it was still close enough to town that you can make a quick grocery run. We hope to book with them again when we come down to visit family again.

This AirBNB is not lying when they say it has great ocean views-- we were blown away by the clear views of the ocean from every room. It's a quick stroll to a small park that has ocean access, and a 5-10 minute drive from town and Moonstone beach. Very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing!

Gina and Patrick’s communications were great - they responded to our questions right away. Check in was easy and the house was very clean. Their house setting was perfect for our group, especially for children. They had fun in the kids room as well as the game room. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen was equipped with lots of pots and pans and many dishes, cups, and utensils. Our group cooked very meal. The jacuzzi was clean and we had relaxing moments there. The house was located near the beach, sand dunes, and monarch butterfly cove, and also major grocery stores. There’s a private property attached at the back but we did not hear any noise (we did see the tenants but they were friendly.) if we plan another visit to Pismo Beach area, we’ll definitely rent this property again. Five star property, five star host, and five star experience. Thank you!

Near Arroyo but feels remote, very quiet and sense of privacy. Amenities and condition of furnishings and spaces, contemporary and excellent. Good selection of child-thru-adult activities/games. Activity spaces located opposite ends of home, and bedrooms in between minimizes disturbances after bedtimes. Huge deck w ample comfortable seating and porch swing, and hot tub and fire pit working and well maintained. Beds all comfortable w clean and ample pillows and bedding. Bathrooms clean and well appointed. Heartily recommend!

Laurie’s place was perfect for our family of four adults and four children. The bedroom layout was perfect for everyone and plenty of areas for grandchildren to play games, read, watch tv and take naps. The highlight was the dining accommodations for our daughter’s family to join us for Thanksgiving - 15 people and 15 chairs between the dining table and the island! Great family celebration was enjoyed by all. Another bonus were the farm animals - chickens, horses, goats and pig- which the grandchildren loved. Laurie kept in touch to answer questions and help with any issues we had. Great place for family gatherings and thankful to discover it!

One of the best hostess, very responsive, beautiful garden patio, nice neighbors, great location near shops and grocery store. Kids even walked to the shopping area. Airbnb has rescue cats that are on the property that keep to themselves but please lookout for them under your vehicles, the grey one liked to lounge by my wheels. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing!! We’re already making plans to come back. It was super cozy, clean, quiet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We came for a girls trip & we had a blast. It was a little chilly for us so we didn’t use the backyard much apart from taking pictures but the space is great! The beds, linen & couch were all comfy! We brought so many extra things thinking we were going to need them(because of past trips) but we didnt need anything! Everything was wonderful quality. Thank you sooo much! We can’t wait to be back!
