Beautiful house very pleasant to live in thanks to its wide open spaces and brightness. It feels like you're in harmony with nature. Everything is together for an idyllic stay in Arusha. You can alternate peaceful and literary days by the pool or discover the surrounding places. Great starting point for activities: Arusha park, warm water source of Chemka, local markets... The staff is caring and attentive to needs. Excellent!

This house and the whole compound is big and made of high grade wood (maybe mahogany). There are hardly any mosquitoes or flies. The owner did a great job on that. The house and entire compound are very clean. My kids loved it. Cons: the owner needs to improve on communication, including about Wi-Fi usage, etc. The owner left his family photos in the house, which kind of ruined the vacation mood everyday we had to look at that reminder we are in someone else’s home. Also, the master bath is ok, but not big enough, especially the very small vanity/sink, to match the beauty of the house. The time of the year we were there was very cold and no good heating options in the house. Overall: the stay was worth it. I highly recommend this place.

This is possibly the best Airbnb I have ever had. We spent only one night there and wished we had more time to enjoy the place for longer! Both the house and the garden are beautiful, and the hosts welcomed us with bread, butter and fruit. The kitchen has all the equipment one might need. One of us spent the afternoon working and the wifi was perfect. Really a gem.

Staying at Kaswende Farm was the perfect way to conclude our travel across Tanzania. If you’ve just climbed Mt. Meru or Kilimanjaro and want to spend more time in the area to connect with the region and its people, this is the place to be. Belinda, who runs the farm as well as the preschool adjacent to it, is an incredibly kind and inspiring person. She is also a fantastic guide who can introduce you to the surrounding community and neighborhood. At the farm, you’ll have a relaxing time, enjoy freshly made juices and fruit, and savor delicious meals. It was a truly inspiring and humbling experience for us, and I would highly recommend Kaswende Farm to anyone wanting to learn more about their amazing project and its meaningful vision. We can’t wait to come back!

Location not very accurate, everything else was good. Worth recommending

We had an absolutely wonderful getaway at the guest house at BEEtopia. It was a much needed restful time at this beautiful home. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, and has a well equipped kitchen (and you can preorder groceries to be delivered). Warren and Katherine are very kind and welcoming. Our kids loved this rental so much that they wanted to add to the review and share what they enjoyed. Our 13-year old son says he liked how quiet it was and there was an easy to get to Bee tour, also it was a good area for outdoor playing like frisbee. Our 11-year old daughter says how interesting they made the Bee tour and how kind the hosts were. Our 8-year old daughter says the honey is fresh and delicious!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this Airbnb at BEEtopia!

This was a great spot! It was very cute, clean, and spacious and had everything we needed. Greg was responsive and helped us arrange breakfast in the morning. The balcony is a nice spot for morning coffee where you have views of the Mt Meru. Recommend for a group of friends or a family visiting Arusha for a few days!

Amazing place to stay! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The host is super responsive and proactive. The gardener during daytime and the night guard are really kind and welcoming. The fact that we are able to do our own washing in the laundry room is definitely a plus! We had a little water issue which was solved super quickly. The host came to check within a couple of minutes and even refunded some amount for the inconvenience, which was really appreciated. We will stay here again! For sure!
