My stay at Ghislain was fantastic. Great location. The studio is modern and well furnished. The swimming pool and the gym are a great plus. The staff is friendly, professional and always trying to accommodate special needs. Ghislain is an excellent host. Always available, and ready to assist when needed. I'll definitely come back again.

The apartment was beautiful, and the hosts were very hospitable. They helped us enjoy our stay not just in their apartment but also in Kigali, Rwanda. The house is in a very serene neighbourhood and is easily accessible to most central areas, with a supermarket around the corner that can easily be described to cab drivers. I highly recommend it. It was a truly refreshing and enjoyable stay in Leonora's apartment.

Loved staying here! It’s in a great location not far from the American embassy, which is useful when trying to navigate to and from the Airbnb if you’re not fluent in Kinyarwanda. It’s also close to Immigration. Check in was smooth. Instructions were clear and what you see in the pictures is what you get. The environment is clean, has a very homely vibe. Breakfast is included as well but it’s more coffee, tea, oats and the like so if you’re not into that, you may need to make other plans, which shouldn’t be difficult. WiFi is provided. There’s hot water with great water pressure if that’s your thing. Eugenie and/or Josaine are great with quick responses to any questions we had. They helped us with tips and information on how to get around and get by. Once you get in, everything is pretty much self serve, which is basically how it is when you’re in your own home. But it was nice to know that if we needed any extra service or information about it, Josaine was a chat or call away.

My flight was delayed 2 days and I actually did not get a chance to personally stay at Jumoke's. That said, my assistant who checked in did confirm that the place was beautiful and very well situated.

The accommodation has everything you need, there are a lot of shops nearby. The host was very helpful, reacted very quickly and helped us with everything we needed.

Not only was Anne responsive within a short time; when we arrived the staff was wonderful. The place was in a very nice safe place. I walked the streets and met some really nice people. It was quiet and peaceful yet close to everything we need. If I am fortunate to return to Kigali, which I hope to one day soon, I will definitely wish to stay in Anne’s delightful apartment. Very clean and beautiful space. Have stayed here a couple times and love it. Three things I'd improve on: 1. Make internet work on the 3rd floor. The signal is so weak up there and almost never works. 2. Include more towels in the bathrooms. A set of towels, like in hotels, in every bathroom will go a long way. 3. Add body wash to the bathrooms and liquid hand wash, and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. The tiny/baby soap bars in the bathrooms are just not it

The most important thing I believe when it comes to holiday rentals for a guest is communication. Gaston was very responsive and communicates swiftly. We didn't have to wait for a long time before he got back to us whenever we had a query. Gaston went out of his way to make our stay was comfortable. Always recommending places to visit while in Kigali. We paid for the two bedroom apartment but Gaston was kind enough to let us use the upstairs vip balcony/veranda which wasn't in what we paid for so that was super great of him. I love that we walked in and found welcome snacks. For first timers in an unknown place that is very thoughtful of them to do. Pictures and amenities are alike what you find in the house. We got to take walks at night seeing as it is a super safe neighborhood which was something Gaston suggested from day 1. I definitely would recommend this apartment and will surely visit again. Overall the place was good, nice neighborhood but a little expensive. Otty was very responsive. The place could be more cleaner.

It was a beautiful place and well kept. Cleanliness staff attended every day.
