The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

The flat is as in the pictures, it has a lot of shops nearby, metro station and plenty of bus stations and bus lines, so great accessibility. The neighborhood around is not easy to walk with a pram or for older people, as there are no reliable pavements. The house is well equipped. The Wifi is a bit fidgety, as with two routers to cover the flat, it becomes tricky if one moves around. The mattress on bedroom 1 seemed poor quality, something to be improved. Nodar was an extremely helpful host, offered an in person early check-in and was very responsive to all my questions during my stay.

The host really helped with everything, recommended lots of places which we tried it all. The room was how it was described everything was in order and as expected. It was easy to get inside and the room was clean. Equipment were ready to use. We had a problem with the heating on the first night but we figured it out later. I strongly advise you this place if you you ever travel Tbilisi.

Oto’s place is perfect for groups of friends or families visiting Tbilisi! The house has everything you need, and we were lucky to spend New Year’s Eve here with an amazing panoramic view of the fireworks and city. It’s in such a convenient spot in the old town, making it easy to explore all the historical sites. So much history, charm, and character! We’re so grateful to have experienced the city while staying here.

Strongly recommended. Its one of the BEST place u can find in Tiblis. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station and very close to everything u need. clean , cozy , quiet with a very nice responsive Host.

Cozy apartment in the old part of the city, 5 minutes walk to sulfur baths and cafes. Quiet place, cute enclosed yard and friendly cats. We liked it, thanks for the hospitality!

lena was very responsive and place was super cozy for a couple to stay. Host was responsive and it had all the amenities described (no surprises). The only problem was the location of the place. It is situated between narikala fotress and the cab will only drop you till the stairs and after that you have to walk up at least 100 stairs to reach the place. If you are not carrying luggage then it’s fine. I was carrying 4 bags and it became a nightmare for me to take these bags up and then down. Also it’s situated at a very steep slope so don’t even think of driving there if you are new to Georgia. You will end up sliding your car.

What can I say, this was basically a perfect Airbnb experience. The apartment is immaculate, all the amenities are new and in working order, the host is kind and gracious. Check-in was smooth as can be and communication was fast. For a remote worker/nomad like me, it had everything I needed. Good wifi, a quiet place to work from, comfortable bed. I love this area of Tbilisi too. It's close to the Marjanishvili metro station, restaurants, shops, a big grocery store. And it's close to Fabrika, which is just an awesome place to work from and hang out in. 10/10 would stay here again :)) Thank you Lia, გმადლობთ!

The location of the house was great. Although the weather was cold, apartment was warm. It was very clean and more than adequate. Nana was very helpful in every way and made it easy for us to check out late.

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Mariam’s place was ideal for our trip to Tbilisi. There was lots of space and the views over the city from the balcony were incredible. Mariam was a wonderful host and very proactive with keeping us informed of any updates (using the new key fob for the lifts and power cut updates). Could not have asked for a better host. Wonderful week here! The location is great! Just a 1-minute walk from Rustaveli. Within 4 minutes, you can reach a grocery store & Charm Thai, a restaurant with the most delicious Tom Kha Gai (chicken coconut soup). The Peace Bridge is about a 15–20 minute walk away & really I just had everything I needed :) The apartment was perfect for winter, with a comfortable temperature. It was clean, & the open kitchen had all the amenities. The Host thoughtfully provided bottles of water, a bottle of wine, & some of the most delicious ganache chocolate! The Wi-Fi was excellent & strong enough for work & video conference calls, which I greatly appreciated. It was also easy for Bolt Taxis to find. Though directly facing a wall, the balcony was spacious with lovely plants & comfy seating; you could see the town & sky from the sides. Note There are steps to reach the building & elevator, which might be tricky with heavy luggage or a wheelchair. Nonetheless, excellent host & a lovely stay❤️MADLOBA!

First of all , Paul is a genuine helpful host and it was a pleasure communicating with him . The appartment is cosy and well maintained that makes you feel at home . Location is perfect with lot of services surrounding the place and close to all other main areas and attractions of the city. This place is a perfect spot for those who don’t want to stay at the heart of touristic areas but at the same very close to it .

Sopho was a very good host in every way, the communication with her was very easy, the check-in and the house were comfortable♥️
