Luxury rentals in Russian River

We booked last minute after another host cancelled. Will responded to our booking request in minutes, was very proactive about answering our questions about the place and made us feel completely at home. The house is beautiful, and beautifully furnished. With indoor outdoor speakers, a great outdoor dining setup hot tub and fantastic pool, it really delivers as a perfect setting for a getaway. I can’t say enough good things about interacting with Will who was both generous with his time and responsive to our questions. An indoor/outdoor living dream! The pool/hot tub/pool house/covered patio area was perfect and was where we spent most of our time during the day. Loved how private and peaceful the surrounding area was, while also being walking distance to wineries and a short drive to Healdsburg square. Home was spacious and everyone slept comfortably. Our family loved this Airbnb so much that we’ve already booked our next stay!

Jack and his wife B were absolutely amazing to work with! Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, even prior to booking until after check-out. Jack was very prompt and offered so many recommendations to make this trip one to remember. Not only was the process seamless with Jack and B, but their home is simply stunning. The location is so beautiful and the home itself should be in a magazine. They really think of everything! There is any amenity you could even think of needing plus some. Upon check-in, Jack personally greeted us! He provided a charcuterie spread that you would find in a restaurant, along with a bottle of local wine, stunning flowers, and a message board. When I say to book this home, I mean RUN and don't wait! You won't be disappointed. Truly 5 stars!!!!!! We can't wait to be guests again.

Our stay was really enjoyable! The location is fantastic and the house and amenities were just what we were looking for. The house is very clean and well taken care of. Nice floors! We were able to use the pool which was awesome too. There are lots of young trees planted around, so the level of privacy will grow over time. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. There’s also a good size laundry room and plenty of towels for the pool. The host was super responsive and proactive. We didn’t happen to need anything, but we felt very comfortable. Thanks!

The space was incredible. As you’re driving up to the home, it seems unassuming, but the instant you step out of the car and take in the surroundings, you realize you’ve arrived somewhere special. The moment we walked through the doors, the view of the back, with a clear site through what looks like the center of mountain with its rolling hills covered in trees and vineyards. You’re transported to a very magical and special place. The 3 days we stayed at Sunset View was not enough. I’d like to add that Lorna, who was my contact for any issues or concerns with the home was beyond excellent in her attention. The day before we left we asked if we could pay for a late checkout and she very kindly reached out to housekeeping and gave us a late checkout of 1:00 PM at no charge. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again! Thank you to everyone at Beautiful Places, you all were wonderful.

This is a really wonderful house for a multiple couples getaway. It is gorgeous, has a huge well-stocked kitchen and all of the bedrooms are comfortable with their own bathrooms. There is plenty of space for everyone to spend time together around the pool, dining on the deck, or in the huge living room and dining room. The location makes you feel like you are really getting away, but it's conveniently close to all that Sonoma and Napa counties have to offer. We would absolutely return. We did have some problems with the house (stove not working, dishwasher leaking). However, they responded and sent someone right away. And in generally, communications were all very quick and easy.

An extraordinary place and an even more extraordinary experience. The home and the surroundings are of the highest quality, best kitchen we have experienced. Wonderful selection of locally harvested fruits, vegetables and herbs along with homemade jams and salsas were all waiting for us when we arrive along with eggs harvested from the ranch's chickens. Edward took us on a terrific tour of the expansive property including amazing gardens, forests and the chickens, goats and ponies that live 50 yards from the house. The investment Edward and his team have made in the ranch is truly remarkable. Wonderful pool, a fantastic tent sanctuary with twin outdoor tubs, fitness trail as good as any upscale park and a lake on the property. As peaceful and relaxing a place as we could imagine. All that and a 10 minute drive into Healdsburg with all it has to offer. Edward a tremendous host, immediate response to any question and helpful advice. We will be returning!

The house was described. We booked this one as in the photos it looked modern and clean and had a hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. You don't find that trio often. It was 6 minutes outside of Healdsburg. There is no cellular service, but once connected to the WIFI, all communication was restored. The house was clean and the bed was comfy. The only two downsides are that the water is well water and not safe for drinking. I also could not trust the ice in the freezer for that reason. The other downside was mosquitos. They never entered the house, but once out of the house, they are on you, especially when in the hot tub. There was OFF and mosquito candles provided, but they did little.
