This place was outstanding! Even though it’s in a small city that is rural it made us feel right at home. It was far away from a few things, but the people surrounding us were nothing but friendly and helpful. The house itself was a beauty and definitely gave a vintage feel, just like described. They even have site recommendations of places to go around the area and with a drive, on the kitchen counter! The hostess was very responsive and friendly as well :)

My work team came to town for a retreat, and we spent the week in this beautiful home! It was absolutely lovely, extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful! Looking forward to staying again!

It’s like third time staying at Radonna’s place. It’s easy to unload the car, parking right by the home. It’s super comfortable, the furniture is cozy and the king bed and sheets are perfect. Two bathrooms, a full kitchen and some munchies and plenty of coffee. What more could we ask for? Oh and we travel with a jeep in tow, parking is super easy and we don’t worry about our belongings while sleeping. Thank you

The stay was just what I needed for refreshment on a business trip. There were lots of teas, fresh filtered water and multiple beds to choose from. When I forgot my hairdryer, she was gracious to bring one to me and I found her and the home to be both accommodating and welcoming. I look forward to the next time I am in the area to book another stay.

We booked the only room we saw on Airbnb, but it turns out she has 20 rooms from king to multiple twins and fulls and queens in rooms. She has a problem getting them all to show, so look at her profile or call to see other options. The room itself was comfy and well appointed. We toured through the other rooms and loved how each is different. Janice and her husband have turned this old nursing home into a fun quirky place to stay, with shuffleboard in the hallway and a TV lounge with lots of deer heads mounted for company. Each room has a half bath and there are multiple shower rooms down each hall, along with a fully equipped galley kitchen (sometimes she gets longterm stays). Each room has a good sized fridge with separate freezer compartment also. She provides coffee and some packaged pastries in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and wish her the best.

Wow! What a fun, quaint, unique, and peaceful place!! My 17 year old daughter and I absolutely LOVED everything about this hidden gem!! It was perfect for our drive through headed back home! Every detail was very well planned and thought out which we appreciated!! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend anyone!!
