Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Russell County

What a find! This was my second trip to Columbus, as our daughter is in military training at Ft. Moore. As a bonus, this Air BnB was literally two doors down from her rental, so who could ask for a better location. The house is in a historic district, and very conveniently located to downtown. The space was well appointed and well taken care of. The fenced back yard was nice for our two dogs as well. This was a real find!

I have to say when you rent a older home it finds me remembering my childhood days in Michigan. First the bathtub faucets the exact ones I grew up with. I could envision my mom getting my bath ready. The furniture vents on the floor oh my! As a kid I would take a blanket and cover myself and vent like a tent. The house felt so cozy the moment you step on the yard. What an amazing place and experience.

This place was just perfect for what we needed. Our daughter came home for Christmas break from college. After a long and stressful week of finals just got to come home, relax, and catch up with some friends. They had plenty to do with air hockey, fussball table, arcade, cornhole, and pickle ball. Rooms here are big and the beds really comfortable. Lisa and Donna were really helpful and replied back quickly. Would definitely coming back.

Me and my husband stayed here for his graduation. It was a good area of the woods and I wish we could’ve enjoyed the porch more but it was freezing. The one morning we were able to sit outside was wonderful. Everything was clean and the coffee was provided which was great. The mattress in the bedroom will give you sleep you’ve never had before and the fireplace is a great edition to warm up next to.

An amazing find. This Air BnB is identical to the photos and the beds are so comfortable, every single one. The neighborhood cats are extra friendly & the outdoor seating area is a bonus. I would recommend this place and absolutely would stay here again.

We loved the house and it had everything we needed! The best part is having the lake right behind the house which made it so easy for the kids to fish and there was so much space for them to run around outside. We loved the fun gameroom, how clean the whole house was, the comfy furniture/beds, and just how peaceful it felt being there. Erica was very helpful and responsive with giving directions and information about the house. Hope we can come again soon!

This spot was very relaxing, loved the beach theme!! Lots of games to play! Franklin was very sweet and left a handwritten card to welcome my family and I, with beverages in the fridge , which was awesome because we were so thirsty from the trip!!! He was also kind enough to dispose of my daughter’s suitcase after Delta Airlines destroyed it. 10/10 place and host!! We be returning when in the area again.

very nice getaway will tent again

I stayed here for an extended period of time. The room was worth it. I had a couple of small issues come up, but Roonie was very responsive in getting them addressed.

My husband, two dogs, and I stayed here for about a month while we waited for our rental home to become available. We LOVED this Airbnb and felt very much at home. It was very clean and quite roomy and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen. If ever in the Columbus, GA area, please consider renting this Airbnb from Carol!
