The place was so clean, comfortable and had an amazing view to wake up every morning! I'd definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time here, by car 3 minutes drive to Sint Geertruid and then can go anywhere by bus, from Maastricht to Valkenburg. Also recommended if you want to go to the MECC line 57 stops in front of the door within 20 minutes Super. The cottage is super clean and neatly everything you need is there. Top.

We had a lovely stay. Co-hosts Cüneyt and Hasan were exceptionally hospitable. They gave many recommendations in the neighborhood and were very helpful with parking and the check-in.

I was able to recover well and it was quiet. There was a very pleasant temperature. There was a lot of furniture that you need. A nice apartment.

We enjoyed our stay here and would book here again. The listing is very accurate and the flat was very clean. We had no trouble finding the place and Stefanie had provided us with instructions in addition to information that was in the flat itself. I thought it was a good location for visiting the Christmas markets.

Fun old apartment building in a great location with a comfy bed. We had a relaxing stay. Nice Christmas market and plenty of places to eat close by.

Hüseyin was very accommodating and friendly, he helped us a lot in 1-2 situations we had. I therefore recommend the property.

If I have a note to make, it is that the fridge could be bigger... indeed having stayed during the heatwave, we would have liked to have been able to cool more things than the fridge allowed.

Beautiful, well maintained, neat , clean apartment. With all amenities. Perfect base for 2 people to stay. Warm reception with a bottle of wine and limburg vlaai. Beautiful garden, but couldn't really enjoy that because of temperature(time of year). good price/quality ratio. We can recommend it to anyone.

We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful days in this fantastic apartment. We were particularly impressed by the hot tub, the cozy lounge and the idyllic surroundings – it felt like a luxurious holiday! A real highlight was to experience Susanne and Andreas' beautiful horses up close and take great photos with them. Susanne and Andreas were incredibly warm and accommodating. They even picked us up directly from the nearby bus stop, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We arrived on Saturdays and were able to check in flexibly. We were expecting a beautiful, preheated place with a small gift. In general, she left nothing to be desired. With comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, small oven and a hot tub, you have everything you need for a break. The decor is also child-friendly. Sandra convinced us as a very accommodating and friendly host. Communication was smooth and you always got back to you within minutes. Even at night, she came briefly to bring something by. We were very comfortable. The fact that the apartment is located in a virtually separate annex gives a high degree of privacy, although the hosts live in the immediate vicinity. We can fully recommend the apartment and Jan as a host.

My wife, son (age 4), and I stayed at Andrea's clean, comfortable, and relaxing apartment for a week after having spent three months in Belgium. We chose this place for its proximity and driving distance to the High Fens, Aachen, Maastricht, and Liege as well as the apartment itself, which had many fun amenities including a sauna, jacuzzi, and wood-burning dutch tub. While we couldn't get the dutch tub to work because (we think) it needed more water in it to circulate through the upper and lower coils, both the jacuzzi and the sauna were wonderful and worked great! The living room, couch, TV, and bedrooms/beds were better than most of the Airbnb places where we've stayed, and everything was clean and spotless. Lastly, Andrea was a very kind and responsive host. She greeted us at the door, said goodbye when we left, and gave us lots of local recommendations while we were there. Very relaxing stay, and definitely recommend!

Very nice house, lovely with Jacuzzi and sauna. Very large also for 4 people. It is also beautifully situated on the water, it felt a bit like we were in France. We arrived in the dark so the house was difficult to find. There are also 2 other apartments that are rented out, so you may encounter other people at the front door. However, conveniently arranged with access code. We have enjoyed it!

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!
