Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rumson

Justin and Nik were great hosts! Their place is in a great location and perfect for a large group (we were 8). It was clean, comfortable and made us feel right at home. J&N went above and beyond - they communicated clearly before our arrival, checked in on us during the stay, and when I messaged them to ask if they had a speaker we could use they answered right away that they didn’t have one (which was totally ok) but an hour later they surprised us with one and some sunscreen. It made the weekend extra special to have great hosts. We look forward to staying with them again!

We loved staying here, Mary’s place was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. It was perfect for a family of 7, very easy to find the local train station to get into the city. The river was just at the end of the street so nice to have a look over there. Mary was very responsive every time I messaged her, she would reply within minutes. The house had every single thing we needed to make our trip comfortable, would definitely reccomend this place to everybody. The beds were also SUPER comfortable. Thanks Mary!

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

Had family visiting for the holiday and looked for a nearby home. Only blocks away and not a "summer beach type" place. Well outfitted and comfortable. Family was very happy with the accomodations and enjoyed staying there over the holidays.

This Airbnb is welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. It was a short walk to the weekly Farmer's Market and the downtown restaurants. The king bed made for a good night sleep. During warm nights, the AC was cool and quiet. We would highly recommend this accommodation. We already booked for another stay🌞

Great hosts, great place and great location. Place extremely clean. Quaint town with shopping and restaurants. Only improvement would be a hotter shower. Note that the unit has access from upstairs by the owners which is a little unsettling. No problems but it was something that we were aware conscious of. I

Stephanie was a super responsive host and gave clear instructions on how to find the place. Everything was exactly as pictured! Short walk to the beach and within five minutes drive to local amenities. Parking was a plus and the apartment is in a very quiet area.

The place was perfect and served the purpose. Access to the unit was pretty easy.and we found the unit to be neat and clean. The rental cost was reasonable given the area. The instructions from the host were pretty clear and the response from the host was quick. We definitely will look up this unit in the future.

Maria's place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It's clear that she goes above and beyond. Our stay couldn't have been better. Don't think twice about booking this property. You won't be disappointed.

My family and I stayed at Natalia’s place over Thanksgiving while we visited with other family that lives in the area. It was a perfect place with lots of space for us to use as a home base, especially during the evenings and when cooking our contributions to the big dinner. We were a very short drive from the town of Princeton to enjoy the holiday festivities being hosted there. While we didn’t use the backyard, during nicer weather it looked like it would have been great.

The host was accommodating to a special request. The home is a nice gem. Close to I-95. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The Christmas tree was beautiful. Would stay again.

This place is so lovely and cute! It is so close to the boardwalk, making it very convenient and walkable. The beaches are beautiful! Joseph and Linda and Catherine were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this adorable little place!

Spacious home a block from the beach. Ideal location that will allow you to maximize your time at the jersey shore. Would rent again! Thank you so much!

2BR beach house. Street parking right in front (in November at least). One bigger BR with queen, one smaller BR with 2 singles (beds are about one foot apart). Full bath with tub shower. Kitchen table with seating for 4. Full fridge, stove, oven, microwave. No dishwasher. Plenty of dishes. Living room with TV and 2 couches. TV and wifi available. Washer/dryer in back room. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Pictures are accurate. We had a nice stay and would stay again.

Roland was a great host. His communication was incredible. He went above and beyond to be accommodating. Everything in the house was exactly as described. He gave spot on instructions on how to unlock the door, etc. Although we were stuck in traffic and couldn’t take advantage, he offered us early access.

We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay at Lauren's place. There were a few upgrades since we were last there. Beautiful! Very clean and well appointed. Lauren was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed this stay as much as we did the 1st one.

Denise's place was very clean and spacious. Loved that every bedroom had its own roku TV. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend her place if visiting the area.

Danielle’s place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Everything is very accessible, whether it was in walking or driving distance. Seaside is so quiet during the fall season it was very relaxing. I loved her space, the beach decor made me feel right at home. I highly recommend checking out her condo. The balcony connected to the bedroom was amazing as well, loved the lights.

Rented the condo for an overnight fishing trip. Dawn was a great host and very accommodating during my stay. I plan on booking again for future visits to Seaside Heights.

Eric was a great host and his place was exactly as described. As a remote worker booking an extended stay, the apartment had eveything I needed and more, and Eric was quick to respond whenever I reached out. I highly reccomend Eric's place for either a weekend at the beach or a longer stay.

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)
