Exceptional view chalet

With exceptional views of Mont Joly, under the domes of Miage, our chalet has been renovated in 2023. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Fully equipped (ski room with shoe warmer and ski rack, bathroom with bath and shower, underfloor heating) for a cocooning holiday. Village on foot, departure from the slopes 5 minutes by car or free shuttle at the foot of the chalet Mandatory cleaning €180 + €40 if sheets/towels to leave on site ❗️during school holidays, minimum rental 1 week ❗️

Tipica casa Walser del 1600. Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato, composto da cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, camera con letto in cirmolo e armadio aperto. Circonda la casa una piccola lobbia dove è possibile rilassarsi e pranzare. Possibilità di ricovero al chiuso di bici e sci. La frazione poggia sulla costa della montagna ed è ben esposta al sole. Le vie strette, le case intatte ne fanno una delle frazioni più affascinanti di Alagna. Non indicato a chi è più alto di 180 cm.

Nice chalet for 2 ideally located

Nice chalet for two people, ideally located in Chamonix, on the sunny side of the valley, with a breathtaking view on Mont Blanc, in a quite 4 000 square meters garden, close to everything (city center, ski facilities and hiking trails).
