Neat log cabin, close to slopes and trails

Tidy log cabin with families in East Ruka, walking distance (350m) and hillside (650m). The cottage is best suited for active couples and small families. 1 bedroom, kitchen-living room, and loft sleeping quarters for a maximum of four, with a total of 75m2 of space, including an open loft. An electric sauna, a soapstone fireplace, and a plug for the car in the yard. Please bring your own sheets and towels. The final cleaning is not included in the price, but is the responsibility of the tenant, unless specifically agreed. Ask for a quote!

This beautiful Villa Uuttu is located right on the lake front. It has four bedrooms, big common area with a fire place and smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and sauna area. Free use of washing machine and dryer for guests. Also for kids, there’s books and board games available. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet doing different activities depending on the time of year. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. Firewood is included in the rent. (in outdoor storage room and/or outside on the back terrace)
