A beautiful, large family house with a large and fully furnished kitchen. Barely a living room (approx. 3×3 meters, next to the front door), so limited seating comfort. 7 bedrooms including 4 with a double bed (140 cm wide) and 3 with 2x single bed. Terrace next to the front door and a large terrace next to the house, both sunny. No garden (should you bring your dog, pay close attention). On the ground floor and in the attic a bathroom, toilets on all floors. The house is some distance away on a main road (gives some noise), near the center of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe; you can go buy walking bread or eat out in one of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings with mountains (Mont Charvin and views of Mont Blanc on several walks), swimming lake in Flumet, variety of lifts that are open. 1.15 hours drive to Annecy train station, approx. 45 minutes drive to Albertville. WiFi available. No washing machine (laundry nearby), no TV. Very friendly, helpful hostess!

Very nice, very functional apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is ideally located for all activities . Our daughters loved the mezzanine area with the net . A real pick . Thanks again

The chalet was gorgeous! Great views and great location! The living space and kitchen were great and well equipped for the families we had! Giles was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations, from the local bar right down the road to helping us navigate the local bus to downtown Chamonix! Would definitely recommend this place!

Super welcome, the accommodation and pleasant and a beautiful simple view and really accessible at the foot of the slopes . A toboggan and snow accessories are super convenient on site too . Restaurant la pico taille at the top of the excellent and personal toppp trails

It was our second stay at this place, and it was still a great success. Spacious, bright, functional, and suitable for 3 families housed under its roof. To emphasize the host's great responsiveness as well. If the price does not change and the apartment remains faithful, we will come back!

Wonderful, well equipped chalet and perfectly located to explore the magnificent French Alps. The garden, dip pool and sauna were also great assets. Supermarkets can be walked to in Les Houches, and Chamonix is only a 10 minute drive away. We loved our week here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.
