The apartment is very large and very well equipped (I did not use anything but I can attest to the presence of a full kitchen and even the availability of a washing machine if it can help some to decide for this accommodation). Note the ideal proximity on foot to buses and shops (picard, lidle and bakeries). Eric was a very responsive and considerate host. He welcomes you to the tobacco press level of which he is the boss. The place is nearby. May be less convenient than a key box if you have less flexible hours, but much more human. Because Eric can advise you, and that he has very nice touches: he offered me a bottle of fresh water upon arrival and in the morning breakfast in his establishment (coffee and baked goods). These are very nice touches. I recommend it.

Thibaud's place is a stone's throw from the historic center of Angouleme, its shops and restaurants. Covered parking is a real plus given the difficulty to park in the area. Thibaud is very responsive to all requests. I would this property.

Our stay went very well, The place is easy to access and hosts remain very responsive. The instructions were clear and small bonus, we were greeted with small cakes that delighted us as well as coffee and laundry. In terms of cleanliness, nothing to say, it was nice! Very good welcome and punctual from Laura's concierge. Beautiful townhouse very close to the historic center 15 minutes on foot. It's near the greenway for jooging or walking. It is very clean and well-equipped. Very good bedding. The shops are right next door. You can rent it without a second thought.

Excellent weekend in Ruelle-sur-Touvre. The accommodation is very pleasant and quiet. Clear instructions from the host who is available and always responsive! We'll be back without hesitating. Good value for money! Several activities ( pool / board games / ping pong ) perfect for a stay with family or friends. We had a lovely stay in Marie Line's house. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, and the large garden with the sheltered garden furniture. The house is very spacious, and the bedding is of very good quality in all rooms.

Jennifer's place is very nice, warm, and spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped and in general, the rooms are spacious and well arranged (with nice decor!). We spent one month in the beautiful Chateau of Jean-Michel. It's hard to express how much we enjoyed our stay, reality is much better than the photos. It's a gorgeous historic house with fantastic surroundings and you can find a lot of attractions within 30 30-minute drive from there. So if you are searching for a fairy tale place surrounded by nature with good WiFi and 3 types of coffee machines (the kitchen is fully equipped) that's the place for you! We loved our stay from the moment we arrived to sadly when we had to leave. It’s a great space, with plenty of room and a very relaxed and chilled vibe. Elodie was on hand to answer any questions and show us around, plus presenting us with a couple of treats from the local region. We felt very comfortable here and are hoping to return next year so we can make more use of the amazing outside space. Easy to get to a good supermarket, on the bus route into Angouleme - even we managed it and a great location. Thank you for being so welcome and allowing us to use your beautiful home.
