Christine's place was clean, well cared for, quiet and just what we needed after a long flight. We ended up booking a second stay with her for the night before we flew home. Knowing we would have a very late flight in to Kenya, we asked if she would be able to help us with a meal when we arrived. She not only helped us with transportation from the airport (which is ONLY 5-10 minutes away), but she cooked a delicious meal for us hungry travellers. Communication was extremely easy and she always responded quickly to our questions, and graciously worked with us when we needed to check out later than expected before our flight home. She and the other ladies are THE kindest people, too! I would highly recommend Christine's place!

Since the guests staying upstairs were still walking around at 3: 00 or 4: 00 in the morning, it was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Contact the host to request a change of rooms for us. The receptionist was very kind and helped us to check the other room first. Thank you very much.

Secure location. Walking distance to mall with grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. Nice pool. Nice landscaping. Giant kitchen. Friendly environment. Ample parking.

Peters apartment is strategically located in a safe neighborhood. In the evening or night time it might get difficult to catch a Matatu but besides that its perfect. A small supermarket is a 5 min walk away at the Kasuku center and Westlands / Town are are 15 min ride. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary things and very clean, additionally there is a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The communication and check-in were excellent although we arrived at 11pm. Thanks for the stay. If we come back to Nairobi we will definitely choose again Peter's place.

I will highly recommend Bilha's place .Their hospitality is amazing and customer service is exceptional .The place is clean ,well maintained and at a convenient location with security .My guests felt well taken care off and they will definitely be coming back when they are around .

Susan’s place is located very close to UNON and is convenient for anyone working there. Although there was no private entrance to the room, Susan and her husband were very nice and provided all the privacy you would need while being wonderful hosts. They also have a lovely puppy who is very friendly and had no problem getting along with mine. Overall great location in a secure area and I would highly recommend!

The apartment is in a very nice and safe neighborhood in Nairobi, close to the UN offices and to public transport. It was clean and comfortable. It's a Walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Maggie is very friendly, communicated in a timely manner and was very helpful with our requests. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Ian’s place (that looks much better than the pictures). Great view on the forest that you can enjoy during a barbecue. We were a group of 10 adults there. Helen is very helpful! For a big group of 10 like us (especially if having tall-format people) I recommend to bring an extra mat because thee double beds are really small.

This was a great find! I had just flown in from the US. My host welcomed be and showed me around, gave me some basic orientation to the neighborhood and greeted me with a nice bowl of fruit! The place is very nice. Good WiFi, full kitchen and nice bathroom. All very clean and well-kept. There's a grocery store within a 15-20 stroll from the house and the grounds are beautiful. So grateful for this place and my hosts.

This is the second time I'm booking with Janet. She's an expert host and knows how to make guests feel comfortable. The place is also comfortable, clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for me and the unit is in a very secure community. Overall, my stay was good. The place wasn't dirty, but it wasn't super clean either. The main sliding glass door also didn't lock so the unit was never fully secured, but I was able to lock my belongings in the bedroom.

Robert,s place was exactly how it was described in the photos And very clean, my kids loved it and it was homely with plastic cups and plates and a few toys. The other residents in the building were very friendly and the guards too To add to that, joyce is always quick to respond to any kind of request we had We will definitely come back next time.

Ruth and Nigel were very accommodating of our small family. We had lots of privacy and they were very willing to share their garden and pool with us. This secluded haven in the Karen suburbs is a very peaceful and leafy respite to return to if one has a day of business in Nairobi or for the foreign tourist a wonderful, homely place to stop over and glimpse the high quality lifestyle of Karen, Nairobi. The dogs are super friendly and enjoyed our toddlers attention. The large bath was a big plus for our young children.

My stay at Nancy's was great. She was patient and flexible in helping coordinate my arrival and departure to ensure a smooth self check in and out  process with the security team overseeing the apartments. The apartment itself is as spacious as the pictures suggest if not more. It has a homely feel with the kitchen ready to use and even includes a washing machine which is invaluable for long stays. The property is a stone's throw from junction mall which has a supermarket and eateries and a short uber ride can take you to lavington mall which has a daily maasai market.

Nancy was there to greet us on our arrival. She is a very nice lady that really cares about your stay. On our last day she let us stay in the apartment until 8pm as my flight wasn't until later that night. The Apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Sarit Center Mall and about 10 minutes to the Westgate Mall or about a $4 to $5 cab ride. Getting a hold of Nancy was easy, I only had to call her twice with questions and she was readily available. The apartment is in a nice modern building with lots of security. The Apartment has just about everything you need and it looks even better than the pictures. Hint - close the windows at around 6:30 pm, including the windows common to the atrium to keep out the mosquito's. After the first night, the mosquito's were not an issue. The high speed WiFi was fast. Only issue was the router would sometimes get stuck and you may have to unplug or reset the router. This fixed the problem every time. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and it felt like home during our stay. I will definitely make this my go to place to stay while in Nairobi.
