We would like to thank Alastair and Elizabeth for hosting us in Palmerston North. Communication was easy and friendly. There was great attention to detail on arrival, and there were lovely welcoming touches. They were also very accommodating when we had an unexpected change on plans and facilitated our return to their property. We recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in Palmerston North.

We had an amazing week away with family and our dogs. Karen's place has so much space to explore and do activities. Even set up a disc golf basket in one paddock to practice on. Foxton and the beach were but a small trip away. Thanks so much for having us! Will definitely come back again if we are heading that way.

Absolutely fabulous stay here leading up to our son's Raetihi farm wedding. 2 lovely bathrooms was perfect for 3 teenage sisters getting ready! Such a stylish, well equipped place. Felt like a real treat to stay here thank you.

The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3’s needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would reconsider if we were to visit again. Property managers were responsive, helpful and gracious. One minor issue - we felt that ‘there were too many rules’ - this didn’t take away from our overall strongly positive impression, however. Walkable distance to the town and good options for meals - The Cypress Tree and Osteria Ohakune were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay - this house way exceeded expectations. We stayed as a large family group with a mix of ages and the property was safe and comfortable for everyone. Excellent layout and everything you need. Just like home away from home. Barry was an amazing host who communicated well and very quick response time. Thank you so much for a great stay! thanks Caron for a wonderful stay. we had everything we needed and it was roomy and spacious. we lit the fire as a treat and it was very cozy. the heat pump and electric blankets made for a good night sleep. we could walk to town and enjoy the amenities. the kitchen was well stocked including a sandwich press and airfryer. excellent parking!!

A lovely and peaceful stay! Don't be fooled by the plain exterior, the inside is cozy, spotless and very well-stocked. My family and I felt right at home, my daughter made friends with the neighbor kids, and the location is right on College st but tucked away from traffic noise. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Make sure to turn on the hot water outside when you check in!

We had a tangi to attend in Raetihi and this place was perfect for us. It was close to the maere and local shops. The apartment had everything we needed plenty of space and the host were lovely to deal with.
