Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Royalton

We stayed at Dan & Holly’s place in the 3rd weekend of October as we were visiting Vermont to see the fall colors. The house was beautiful and in a good condition. We enjoyed our stay there. The communication was great and the response was very quick. We appreciated the nice gifts! Thanks!

Bree's AirBB is great! We needed a place for 4 of us to ski at Killington. There is plenty of room & everything was great. Clean, comfortable beds, perfect temperature, nice kitchen, easy parking. We hope to book again!

Great spot in a wonderful area. You really can't beat the location. The spot is very clean and well appointed. We were quite busy and didn't get to enjoy the deck out back, but the grill, solo stove and hammock were all great touches. The beds were all comfortable. One of the bathrooms was out of commission due to a leak, and Emily was in contact with us before we we arrived with a suitable alternative. While the listing doesn't specify that you have access to the entire home, we all assumed that we did. Nobody else stays in the home while guests are there, but the usable space felt small for what was paid. It was still a wonderful spot and a great stay and I would easily recommend it.

This was a perfect place for us. Meghan was super friendly and helpful, and it was clear she put a lot of time and thought into making her home stand out. I love all the attention to detail and fun décor. Thanks for making this a great stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. We travelled to Rochester as a family for a wedding. The house is spacious enough for 6 + adults with ample space so that any of us could find a place to have quiet time if needed. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend Dan and Peggy’s house to anyone travelling in this beautiful part of Vermont.

The Cow Barn is a great home away from home!! Donna greeted us and ensured we knew where everything was and how to work all of the games, electronics, heat, etc. The space is huge, clean and well taken care of. Donna gave us great recommendations. We especially enjoyed the overlook that was very close by. Our 1st stay in a barn was awesome!!

We loved our stay at Jeff’s place! The house itself is beautiful as well as beautifully decorated. The kitchen is lovely and has everything and more for cooking/baking. Overall one of my favorite places I’ve stayed and would love to stay again.

This stay was just what we were looking for -- it was close to Norwich University and a short drive to Montpelier. Host provided excellent check-in, parking instructions and was quick to respond to questions. The apartment was spotless and spacious. I especially appreciated the links for things to do in the area and would recommend Falls General Store for delicious burgers, sandwiches, pastries, coffee and specialty food items. We also ventured over to Hubbard Park in Montpelier for a relaxing hike in the chilly weather and would recommend that also. We would absolutely stay with Ted and Hannah again!

As I was familiar with the area, I kind of knew what to expect except for the big water bar at the beginning of the road which bottomed out a little car I had rented otherwise the place was as described. Kate was very responsive, and it was a peaceful, nice setting

Appreciated the hostess accessibility and responsiveness. It is a lovely rural property not to far from town and campus. However, the distance is not walkable.

The location was very convenient to downtown Middlebury and Middlebury College. We really liked the place and will be back.

The place was as described. Though it is small, it packs a punch. Every amenity that you could think of is there and makes it feel like staying at home. Instructions are very clear and the location is very close to many accommodations as well as historical downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Cheryl's. Her space was comfortable, blissfully quiet, and spotlessly clean. To top it off, Cheryl was warm and welcoming. She brought down homemade cranberry nut bread on my arrival and offered homemade toll-house cookies the morning I left. I've found a little slice of paradise in Thetford, Vermont! I would especially recommend the space to solo travelers, as the area is very safe.

Wow this is a great find! We stayed here while visiting some relatives in the area, and this was perfect. We were able to bring our dog which was a huge amenity to us. The Airbnb was clean and cute, with a smaller but full kitchen with everything you’d need to do simple meals if you choose to. And a nice backyard for the dog to take walks in during the night. It’s an amazing place, if you get the chance I’d recommend staying here.

I highly recommend staying at Tommy's place if you're planning on visiting Vermont. The condo was immaculately clean and my family enjoyed staying there. Very peaceful location and beautiful surroundings.

Cathy's places was immaculate and was a perfect home base for travel all over Vermont during the fall season. The pictures don't do the place justice- it is incredibly nice, and so easy to get in and out of!

Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely rent here again!

Tina's place was exceptionally clean and super convenient to Killington with an efficient shuttle to take you from the parking lot directly to the mountain. The condo unit itself seemed to attract a younger crowd and the neighbors upstairs were very noisy. While this is not the fault of the owner, it's something you should be aware of if you are traveling with young children. Overall I would recommend due to cleanliness and convenience.

We enjoyed this condo! It fit our group of 5 adults and a baby with no problem. The kitchen has a big table we all sat at for dinners and games. It was convenient to Killington, Woodstock and Rutland. Jonathan was great at communicating quickly, and sharing recommendations (Sugar & Spice was great!). Check-in and out was easy and Jonathan was accommodating with our early arrival/late check out requests. It felt clean and well taken care of. Would recommend!
