Vacation rentals in Rowans

My husband, adult son and I spent 10 days at Anna's in Atlantic Shores. We love the neighbourhood and the walkable proximity to Freight's Bay, Enterprise Beach and Oistins Fish Market (where we got our fish daily). You can rent surf boards at Freight's Bay and take surfing lessons. Anna's apartment is comfortable, clean, and perfect for families who want to eat-in rather than going to restaurants daily, as food and restaurants are very expensive in Barbados. The beds are very comfortable and it was a bonus to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is great for a good night's sleep. We brought essentials like mayo, olive oil, spices, peanut butter, etc which came in very handy when cooking and making lunches. I can't say enough about Anna and her family. They live in the apartment building and are always there to answer questions or give suggestions without making you feel like you are living with the host. Thank you Anna!

This is the second time we have stayed at Mandys place and just like the first time it is very clean comfortable and the towels are 5 star lovely and soft . Beautiful clean bed linen and the bed is very comfortable and beach towels provided also. The location is very residential lovely and peaceful just a 15min walk to the local beach or you can reach many of the most beautiful beaches on the south side by car easily in minutes. If you hire a car then parking is ok as mandy has a large drive way and secure electric gates. We like to do a bit of cooking and the cooking facilities here are great,plenty of utensils pots pans etc and i love the induction hot plate cooks very nicely. Mandy is a fantastic host as she is very responsive if you need any assistance or information so its reassuring to know whilst staying here. We will definitely be back at Mandys again very soon. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The place was peaceful and beautifully serene, featuring a lovely backyard with fruit trees and nearby horses. It offered a perfect sense of privacy and seclusion. Kashka, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed assistance, he was quick to provide support. His two friendly pups were a delightful morning surprise, and his thoughtful gesture of providing mosquito repellent made our stay even more comfortable. Kashka truly felt like a friend from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious apartment in a stunning location. A place to kick off your shoes, throw open the doors, drink in the view and switch off. Rachel is a 5 star host who is attentive but not intrusive. She is a local and shares her knowledge generously and readily. She thinks of everything to make a short holiday comfortable. A generous and essential welcome pack for tired and hungry travellers and a plentiful supply of bathroom products. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with good linen and towels. Comfortable chairs and sofa in the living space not that you would ever bother sitting inside with the huge balcony and beach right outside with loungers and parasols. We had planned to explore other areas of the Island but decided the best place to be was right where we were.

Host went above and beyond to assist myself and my friends to not only find the home, but assist us with booking, and check in. Was very helpful in finding local stores. Provided a flexible check in. Excellent communication. The home overall was stunning. I will absolutely book with this host again. 10/10!!!

This home is magical & we would definitely love to return. The ocean view, sound of the waves, landscape, crabs and monkeys in the yard. Amazing restaurant down the street. There was a lot for my 3 yr old kid to discover outdoors and toys and books inside, too. My daughter LOVED the pool and we spent a lot of time on it. We actually chose this spot partly because reviews mentioned how fun the pool was for kids. However, she got a rash when we returned home & the doctor felt it could be due to contaminated pool water. The pool did get pretty dirty while we were there. A pool cover would definitely help.
