The Cove Retreat Upstairs Oceanfront Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The spacious one bedroom apartment is upstairs. The bedroom has stunning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. Our relaxing outside areas all overlook the ocean.

The Love Shack Air-Con Pool Wifi Netflix Private

My place is close to the city, Bargara beaches, Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, the River Feast Markets, Mon Rops turtle rookery and the best seafood restaurant on the river, where you can dine in or take away and take a cruise to the Port. You’ll love my place because of the location, so close to everything and no noisy traffic, it is very quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. You really do need a car to get around. We do have Uber and Cabs.

Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a overflowing pantry of spices, oils and herbs. Three fridges and large chest freezer. Sound system in-house and on deck. Large gardens and chickens laying fresh eggs. 350m to the beach.

Spacious, light and modern accommodation, quiet rural location only 10 minutes from Bundaberg. 20 minutes from the beach. The Ground Floor is self contained with own kitchen, main bedroom with double bed, large sitting room with two single beds, TV with access to Netflix, wifi, books and board games. Harry and Philippa live on site, along with three dogs, two cats, one horse Jubilee, 4+ sheep, chickens and a flock of guinea fowl that come and go.

A lot to offer for a very small price. There is no option on Airbnb to reflect half a house... it’s either entire house or private room in house. That is why l am listed as entire house. You have virtually HALF a house to feel the comfort of home. Everything you could possibly want to enjoy a perfect abnb stay. this little barn shaped house was way more spacious than I had thought when looking at the pictures. an open plan multi bed second story could easily accommodate a large family or a bunch of fishing buddies. the second story 360 veranda overlooking the creek has great afternoon shade and is an awesome place to chill and watch the world float by. I highly recommend it for down to earth people who like fishing and crabing. it was a lovely weekend retreat and I would definitely like to stay there again.

The house is even more beautiful then the pictures and the location is superb. We found a very well equipped kitchen and overall, we had everything we needed. From the very first moment, we felt like at home and we absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely be back!
