Bring the whole family to this Lake front property with lots of room for fun! Enjoy the lake and swimming just steps from the screened in deck! Divided on three levels are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and living, 2 living areas, and 3 decks to enjoy. There are two sets of stairs inside the home and various sets outside the home. Please keep this in mind when booking! Rough River Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers waterway. The water level fluctuates with the season.

This 3 bedroom home is fully stocked with amenties for your comfort and relaxation. Relax on the back deck or under the stars by the fire pit. There are kayaks at the home for a trip to Sandy Beach. This gorgeous, absurdly clean lakefront home offers the ultimate in privacy and seclusion. Have your coffee on the deck while watching deer frolic in the yard. Offering 2 king beds and one full (plus two couches), this home can host up to 6 people. Enjoy fishing from the bank of the lake on the lake access right on the property. All the modern conveniences of home are here but with the privacy to “get away from it all” (yet it’s only 20 minutes from town!)

We rented this house for a family gathering. Everyone about the house is carefully thought out and with so much attention to detail. The basement area was perfect for our three teenage girls and we got a lot of use out of all of the games. Hot tub and firepit were both lovely in the evenings. While the location is remote, this is what makes the experience so relaxing, and Gaby provided tons of recommendations to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely go back!

We were traveling through the area and needed to make a quick booking. Stephanie’s listing was so wonderful I wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was stocked well, there was an outstanding coffee bar, and even lots of snacks provided. The lines and home were clean and there were lots of games and goodies on hand for those going to the nearby lake. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely stay at Stephanie’s!

We loved this house and location. Quiet surroundings with a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we prepared most of our meals during the week. Ample space for everyone in our family.Jon’s recommendation for the Blue Holler Cafe was spot on. The food was fantastic. We also dined at Cave City Pizza and PJ’s Cafe and both were great. There are a lot of great activities near this house. We spent a day on the lake, went horseback riding, and spent some time at a local beach. Also toured the cave and hiked at Mammoth Cave National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Clean and easy to get too. Plenty of parking for our two families. Large beds and plenty of room to socialize indoors and out. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee. Lake is a short walk and the available dock was a perfect spot for our kids to play! Would book again.
