House vacation rentals in Rouen

Had a great time at Viviane's. The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. The welcome was warm and the communication fluid throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises!

Very nice cottage in the beautiful property of the hosts. Ideal for 4 for a few days, and 2 for a longer stay, as the living room is also the second bedroom with 2 single beds, and contains the small TV. Justine was always responsive to emails, and we had no issues during the stay. Small well-equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms allowing everyone to be independent when you come as two couples. The location is ideal for walking around town (15 to 20 minute walk). Only the entrance of the car through the gate can be a little difficult. We will probably come back, and we will recommend Justine's cottage.

Perfectly clean and totally as described. Being on the edge of a road where there is a lot of truck traffic, it is relatively noisy. Fortunately, the windows are double-glazed. Beware of the fairly narrow staircase if you come with children because the bedrooms are on the first floor (one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed). The bedding is quality (no back pain for me) I booked this place as part of the pro tennis tournament at Kindarena Rouen Métropole, a 13-minute drive from the place. Nearby you will find a bakery and a deli – butcher. In short, we had a lovely stay. Nicolas

We really enjoyed our stay in this quirky characterful home. In a lovely garden and secure premises. A lot to offer in a small space with excellent transport nearby straight into historic Rouen. Rachel and Pierre were very friendly, communicated promptly and made us feel welcome without being obtrusive. We would definitely go back.

The accommodation is very clean and ideal for a family stopover in a peaceful corner of Normandy. We felt good there quickly. Laurent responds quickly to messages and is very cordial. Everything necessary is present in the house and several useful instructions allow for a pleasant stay.

Absolutely PERFECT stay. The host is very kind and gave me very helpful advice. The accommodation is not only true to the photos but also very nice, functional and the bedding is very pleasant. I slept wonderfully well. In short, I highly recommend it and I would not hesitate to come back to Aurélie's. 😊👌👍

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

Fabienne offers a real little cocoon. Comfortable, clean and super quiet. I wish I had enjoyed the garden a little more but I missed the time. I recommend it!

We recommend this place 100%!! Mathieu is a very welcoming, accommodating and responsive host. We had a great time in a tastefully decorated, peaceful, clean home. We shared some very good times with friends around the pool (heated!🙂). A +: the city center is within walking distance as is the train station. We'll definitely be back to have a good time. We had a great time at Valerie's! The house is spacious and very clean, the quiet and heated pool are a real plus. We made the most of the pool. The small touches for our dog touched us very much. Valerie is a lovely and very helpful person. This is the second time we've been back, and once again, we weren't disappointed. This house is a gem, that's for sure, we'll be back! Barbara and Pierre's place is a small outbuilding adjoining their house. We spent one night there with my partner, everything was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Their property is very beautiful with a swimming pool and garden that directly overlooks the river. A really beautiful and calm place. We'll be happy to go back if we have the chance. We had a lovely stay at Nadine's. The place is very nice and relaxing. Despite the coolness of the last few days, we were able to enjoy a little swim. Thanks to Nadine for her warm welcome and flexibility.

We stayed 2 days in this home and everything went extremely well. Sandrine and Frédéric's hosting was excellent and the instructions very clear. Nothing was missing, consistent with the photos and descriptions. The house is very well equipped and quiet. Everything was perfect and I recommend it 100%.

Fabienne's accommodation is as described, very clean and comfortable. The house is built in a very beautiful garden and you can't find a quieter place ( it even seems like you can hear the grass growing!!). Very nice house and very welcoming hosts. There are plenty of things to do in and outside the house. Nice walk possible on foot from the house. The house is extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen. One of the best Airbnbs we've done in terms of amenities. A big thank you to our hosts, super warm and not at all intrusive. We'll be happy to go back!!

We had a great time at Eliane's place. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. There really is everything you need. We slept like babies, the neighborhood is so quiet and the bedding is excellent. Eliane is very responsive. You can call or text her at any time and she will respond. I really recommend this rental.

We used Dominique’s place as a one night stop over on route to Calais from central France. Can’t say anything about the local area as we arrived late in the evening and left early doors, but the accommodation was immaculate, modern and comfortable. Dominique was very helpful, friendly and communicative. Great to have our own little space in the middle of the countryside, instead of staying at a Rouen hotel. Would recommend and would stay here again if passing through
