The Losenbauerhütte is truly special. The chalet combines the charm of a rustic mountain hut with all modern amenities (sauna, large kitchen, washing machine, heating, Wi-Fi)

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is beautifully built, well equipped and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (it's actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help with a room fragrance, but unfortunately this only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord you don't get into that and we were grateful for the help offered.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

Very cosy and homely. The place was very well-kept and we like the location a lot (good views, walkable to supermarket and restaurants). Anita was very responsive and we appreciate the clear/helpful instructions. The place was exactly as described in the listing!

Great spacious home. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many amazing opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

Wonderful, fully equipped house (it has literally EVERYTHING you might need!), spotless clean. Located close to the ski lifts. The host provided very detailed instructions including restaurant tips. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time at Edith's place. We would have liked to have spent more time there, but we already had so many activities planned that we were only there in the evening. Very nice area for cycling, hiking or simply bathing in the Ybbs. We really enjoyed it!

The place was perfect for our snowboard weekend. The apartment has everything you need and the location is also great. The ski bus stops right in front of the house. You can be at the gondola in 5 minutes.

This was one of our peaceful short vacation , we loved everything about the Place n specially the View , we had Luck that in November it was Sunny so we could enjoy the View , Place was Neat and the Hosts were really Friendly a very positive point was the Pool which should be taken in Consideration of the opening Hours 7-11 am and from 04:00 Pm to 08:00 Pm , overall we as Family with two Kids loved the Place , it was up to our Expectations. I recommend this apartment to all guests who look for a very clean apartment right next to the ski slopes. The location is very convenient. The pictures on airbnb don’t do justice to this place in reality it is lighter and bigger than what we expected. The hosts are very nice and attentive. We will be back.

The cabin is idyllically located, surrounded by mountains next to a mountain lake. The ski lift is very close, and it's also close to the Turrach. The sauna with wonderful views is particularly great. Florian was always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. The on-site manager couple was also super helpful and friendly.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

We felt comfortable! Communication with Nicolet was quick, helpful, friendly! The cabin was clean, beds, pillows, mattresses comfortable! After a busy day on the nearby slopes, the sauna was very relaxing! Always happy to come back!

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

The location is great for skiing - super close to the gondola. Catia is sweet and we just agreed. The house is in line with the pictures - on 3 levels. Everything was clean when we came. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped. There were plenty of dishes, even condiments. The only minus is that the couch and beds are really old and run down.

The house was as described, everything was fine, we had 3 nice days as a family.

Very nice quaint cabin on the slopes secluded in the forest and very nice, helpful hosts - we were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!
