Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Everything is great, Ana and Antonio are very friendly, always ready for everything, and although they live in the house next door, they respect the privacy of the guests very much. The house is wonderful, it doesn't lack a single detail, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, in addition, they have the thoughtfulness to provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, which is appreciated. In the bathroom there are many towels, and many toiletries available to guests, and everything is very clean. The garden area, pool, and barbecue are beautiful. We hope to return to enjoy it, since we went in February, and it's not swimming season. A house that is 100% recommended if you want to spend a few days of peace and quiet in a rural setting with a lot of charm. We'll be back!! Thanks for everything to Ana and Antonio, they treated us like a luxury.

We had a fantastic family weekend at Marcos' house, enjoying a worry-free stay. From the first moment, his attention and hospitality made our experience unbeatable. The house is perfectly air-conditioned, which makes it ideal for both winter and summer. In addition, it has a large garden area, swimming pool and a barbecue that allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. We will definitely be back. We had a great time and, at all times, Marcos was attentive to any need. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment was great for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The direct access to the garden was also perfect! Everything was clean and the communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool is only open from June, so we could not use it. But access to the sea was perfect in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

We have experienced the yellow well! I was there with my daughter and our two dogs! Everything is nearby and the cottage was super clean! Jose's family was super sweet! If we needed anything, we got it, because we asked if they happened to have chairs for the beach, less than a few hours later they had bought special chairs for us. Very very sweet!! We will definitely come back!

I spent the weekend with my friends and we loved it. Initially it was difficult for us to find the accommodation and the access road to the residential development is in poor condition. However, the house was beautiful and very clean. We were greeted by Gloria, who was fantastic, she adapted very nicely to our schedules. Due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the pool, so we have to go back!

We greatly enjoyed the garden. With just 10 minutes by car, you'll be in the center or at the beach. Manuel welcomed us very hospitably and he responded immediately to questions.

A stunning property with beautiful gardens and views. Lots of trails and walking to be done. Conveniently placed, close to Jerez and Cadiz.

We spent 3 days, we loved the house, the area and although we did not spend much time we were able to enjoy some time at home. But the house can offer much more with its terraces and gardens, ideal to go in summer and take advantage of those rooms and the residential development that is very well equipped and very nice. If we return to the area, we will definitely return to this house! Regarding the host, the treatment, the signs and other indications have been UNBEATABLE! Everything was perfect

Beautiful place in a peaceful area that offers all the comforts you need. Located close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Very nice walks to do in Chiclana but also allows easy access to the surrounding towns. Isabel is adorable and very accommodating. She always made herself available when we asked her. A big thank you we'll be happy to go back!

Very clean, cozy and well-connected accommodation, with leisure areas and restaurants nearby. We brought our dog, who enjoyed the garden of the house and that the owner treated him great. Ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Antonio is an exceptional host, he was attentive to us at all times, he gave us very good recommendations and is a perfect guide to the area. We will definitely be back.

She was very nice and comfortable. The apartment had everything, and with many details , it doesn't lack anything. The only downside that we had a lot of expectations with the beach , and to bathe there is travel ,because that area is the mouth of the Guadalquivir . So there's a lot of stone and mud right on the shore, but it was also interesting because of the birds there .

Richard and Christie's little house has been a haven of peace and quiet for us. We are a couple of 60 years old and were looking to rest. We met our goal. The silence and pending but never invasive treatment of our hosts were wonderful. The house has everything you need and more. Upon arrival there was bread, fruit, jam, milk and everything you need for hygiene. We are very grateful of the vacation we have passed.

Apartment in the heart of Chiclana, of which its cleanliness and details must be highlighted in addition to the reception and communication that have been unbeatable. The only one I find is that it does not have air conditioning in all the rooms, otherwise this accommodation has been a success. Thinking about repeating.

My friend and I had a wonderful 4 week stay in Santis chalet. We had no car but we're able to walk to the forest and the beach easily. The buses were easy to take to the nature reserve and Cadiz city and small supermarkets were nearby and online shopping was useful. Santi was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend.

We have had a long stay of 6 months at Retama Beach, so I will give a detailed, honest review as we got to know the place very well. We chose to book this rental for our family while we began the process of emigrating to Spain from the UK. The Hosts - Davinia and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, their advice has truely been invaluable for us!! They live next door but are very respectful of guests privacy. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. Fantastic hosts!! The House - The house feels alot bigger in person, compared to the photos, as the ceilings are very high. As a family of 3 and 2 dogs, we had more than enough space to live comfortably during our stay. On first impressions, it is very fresh, bright and clean. The beds are also very comfortable in both rooms. I was concerned about the kitchen after reading past reviews, but I found I was able to cook family meals without a problem, even a Christmas roast dinner with all the trimmings!! It isn't

The house is perfect, very comfortable and very clean, it is a 15-minute walk from downtown and the Jerez Fair. The facilities were all good and adequate. It's a house with all the amenities.

Only stayed for one night, but the home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alberto was proactive and communicative throughout the reservation and check in process. Highly recommended.
