House instantly felt welcoming. Beautiful and beach accessible.Love the area and great to pop back to Yeppoon for fish and chips. Easy to travel to Rocky which we did a few times. House very set out. Lovely bed and best sleep we have had on our journeys. Recommend the accommodation as all you need to do is walk in . All shower washes available.

We visit Yeppoon very often and I have been eyeing of staying at Melissa and Brian's place for a long time but it always seems to be booked out! When I seen the availability I nabbed the booking up as soon as I could. The photographs of the place replicated the home perfectly! Perfect views of the esplanade and ocean where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. We walked almost everywhere as everything was so close. The styling of the apartment was stunning, warm and fresh. We were very comfortable in our stay with higher quality cutlery, utensils and cookware. Only faults would name is walking up the stairs to get to the room, but this can't be helped and probably good for the cardio after indulging in all the yummy food around! We will be trying to stay at Melissa and Brian's place every time we visit Yeppoon! ☺️

We had a great couple of nights in this lovely accommodation. Small yet spacious. This Airbnb has all you need, games, tv, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, even a lovely spot outside to sit and look at the gorgeous view. We loved being able to have our dogs stay with us, they loved the place! The chocolates and dog treats were a delight, thank you ☺️. A short drive into Yeppoon, short walk to the beach and a short distance to drive on the beach. Loved our stay, we would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind this is where you need to be. The views are amazing and sitting on the veranda enjoying the breeze with a beverage and cheese board is perfect. The house is a great size for the larger family/group.
