Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the city center, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless and perfectly organized, showing the great care and attention the hosts have put into making it an exceptional space. The thoughtful touches really made a difference. We were greeted before check-in time. Extremely convenient location for us because we were working a street away! Since we had to leave early in the morning, we were immediately able to settle in. I also made a special request that was immediately met. I'd love to come back and recommend it.

Great solution outside the ZTL, ideal for parking by car and the center is easily reachable in a short walk. We stayed with 2 very young children and the solution fully responded to our needs. Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful, definitely recommended for families!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

We were welcomed in person by Anna and her niece and felt right at home! Very kind, welcoming people and the flat was spacious, clean and had everything we needed! We will be back :-)

Vittorio and his family were very helpful, everything was in great condition. We reported a small issue with the shower and it was resolved in a very short time. The house is exactly as shown in the photographs, the location is definitely the best possible as far as Marina di Castagneto is concerned.

It was beautiful at Eva's house! The bedrooms with air conditioning, a large kitchen with plenty of space and everything you need. And the attached annex offers even more privacy if desired. The pool is super clean and was our rescue this hot summer. There is still an enclosure with tortoises in the garden, which is really pretty. The garden is practically enclosed, a small gap was easily closed, so our small dog was safe. It was really wonderful, the supermarket by car in 3 minutes, A delicious restaurant (da caino la cantina) was even within walking distance. Thank you Eva🤗

Beautiful appartment, view of Tuscany hills, vineyards. Private parking, excellent location for exploring Tuscany by car. Fillipo was great, gave us plenty of information about places to visit. Hope to come back again one day.

Letizia is a great host, super responsive and ready to respond to every request. The apartment is 700 meters from the sea and the walk is really comfortable, it is also close to the center and close to bar, supermarket, pharmacy... in short, very comfortable. At the end of August it was easy to find parking around the house, in the height of summer it could be more complicated but there is plenty of space and turning is always available. Nearby beaches are all for a fee, very clean and well organized. However, Letizia provides all the information before the stay. The house is clean and really has everything you need, the staircase to climb is narrow and a little steep and the bathroom has a small bathtub/shower, but you get used to it. The photos match the reality so we arrived prepared. I highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable apartment in the centre of Lucca. Stefano was the perfect host checkin if required help with anything. Would highly recommend this apartment. Only draw back was 3/4 flights stairs, didn’t bother us but if older or young children may be an issue. We will definitely be back 🙂

Very kind and very helpful host, responds immediately and clearly. The apartment is located in the center near the Livorno nightlife, so for young people it is optimal, plus if there is no parking in the ZTL there is a very close and cheap parking lot.
