Vacation rentals with a patio in Roseneath

Katie's place was perfect. Not only did I have an entire apartment where I was able to cook and wash clothes, I was just a few minutes away from WETA Workshop. Also, I loved all the plants.

Bianca was fabulous! The place is in a great location- centrally located but very quiet. It was so easy getting around the city from there. Bianca had so many warm touches throughout the place, from fresh fruit to comfy bathrobes. She was super responsive! Don’t miss out on this place!

Incredible. A perfectly located perch! Automatically feels like a home away from home and accommodated our 8-person group easily. So many great restaurants, shops, and museums within a few minutes walk. The wind was a bit forceful with the doors open so FYI to anyone who loves fresh air! Thankful to Marykate for her help, hospitality and responsiveness!

Gorgeous studio with so many lovely touches! Had a great stay here - Toni was so friendly with some great recommendations and always quick the respond. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful walk up Johnson Hill to the skyline tracks really easily accessible from the house.

Beautiful place to stay whilst in Wellington! Perfect location, easy access to the buses to get you both into town and to the airport. Siobhan has thought of everything you might need during your stay. Looking forward to coming back here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Gavin and Shirley were extremely kind hosts and communication with them was excellent. The apartment is a short stroll from the Kelburn Village and a short drive into the CBD. Head down to Volco for some delicious baked goods and to the well stocked Four Square for supplies. It is warm, cosy and well appointed with a full kitchen and washer/dryer which was great for a longer stay. The wardrobe organiser in the bedroom was also a big plus. Couldn't recommend this accommodation enough.

This is a great place to stay. Great location, comfortable, roomy, sunny, quiet. Close to bus stop and parking out front. Beach right opposite. We would definitely recommend. Dan was friendly and helpful. Dinner at Morsa Loco, Island Bay was also a great find.

We had a wonderful stay! From our (late) check-in till our last day, Gina was always super helpful and proactive in her communication and responses. She's made sure our questions never left unanswered and had been nothing short of an amazing host. Location is also super convenient and had loads of eateries around. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone finding a cozy stay in Wellington.

Thank you for having us at your lovely property Niki! The space was exactly as described and perfect for our families visit to Lower Hutt. We really enjoyed having space to relax between our activities. It was perfect for my one year old who enjoyed crawling round the house. Thank you again and I’m sure we will be back.

a big comfy space with lots of amenities, well suited for families. parking may require some skill but Gabbie was a kind and responsive host that gave clear instructions beforehand.

Honestly, no notes. House is gorgeous! A quintessential Thorndon Villa. The beds are comfy. Hot water plentiful, the kitchen a cook's dream and central heating no less! Favourite spot was the 2 person table in the bay window. Wonderful Welly views in either direction - Victorian Villas up on the hillside, misty Town Belt trees on the other. Sunny and airy when the sun shone, also cosy and dry when that southerly invariably descends. I'm already daydreaming about a girls trip this spring and trying to book Kristen's place again. 5/5 stars!

This place felt like a page out of Kinfolk—minimal, serene, and beautifully curated. We spent our time unwinding to Māori music on the SONOS and just soaking in the calm. A peaceful, thoughtful space. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous apartment. Parking was a little difficult to find, but the views were well worth it. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely, as well as the cable car. Would rent again.

We had a lovely stay in Jason’s apartment . Jason was very welcoming and helpful. As we arrived earlier than the check in time from a long distance flight (Dublin) we were allowed to check in early. That was an absolute gift to arrive in a comfortable place to recover!! Highly recommend 😎

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

Wonderul central location and such a great , spacious flat (much bigger than photos let on!) Carleen was brilliant at communicating and the place is so homely and well decorated with everything you need. Thank you Carleen!

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
