Castle vacation rentals in Romandie

We had a great vacation at Lapeyrouse Castle! The place is amazing, very clean, quiet, the setting is enchanting,... change of scenery guaranteed! Very proactive host, we were followed throughout our stay, I would highly recommend it!

The cottage is comfortable and warm with its large living room, a choice that I recommend for holidays for families or groups of friends.

Delightful stay I have visited similar facilities as a tourist many times and have always dreamed of living in one of these rooms. With two wonderful and passionate sister, I was able to fulfill my dream. The breakfast was delicious, and after that we had a fantastic surprise, completely free of charge we had a tour of the entire castle along with the underground

We were in town for winter break. My kids enjoyed the idea of staying in a Swiss castle. The town is interesting and we found Montreux was a reasonable place for us to explore some of the ski resorts and other parts of the country. The parking was convenient and the space was clean and as advertised. Would love to stay again.

Château Lapeyrouse is located in a beautiful and quiet area close to Lac du Bourget. The castle itself is divided in several appartments on the ground floor and upper floors. We stayed in one of the appartments on the ground floor (with bathroom and 1 sleeping room) on the 1st floor) Beautiful decorated, kept in original style, and a very spatious living room and garden room. The rooms kept very cool, even when temperatures rose well above 30 degrees. The surrounding terrain was excellent, the garden great to sit for dining, the views from the castle over the valley and mountains was magnificent. Not to forget the nice pool to cool off on a hot day. We had great service during reception and afterwards, from the caretaker of the castle. Conclusion: well worth a stay, you’ll feel like a lord of your own castle!

We had a pleasant stay at the castle. The apartment is comfortable, clean and the view is beautiful!

Wonderful location - a castle in the vineyards. Follow the road to the top of the hill to check in. Comfortable bed, wine and drinks available for purchase, lots of outdoor seating options. Complimentary hot beverages and apricots. Delicious breakfast with local produce. Draw the curtains in the pinot noir room if you want privacy as this room opens on to a terrace accessible to all guests and staff.

We loved our stay here! The staff was friendly and the unique accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Note that if you stay at this spot, the walk up to the castle is quite steep. In the future, we would likely arrive by car rather than public transit because the last block of walking is exhausting, especially with bags.

Kim’s castle is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. She was very friendly and helped get us a last minute restaurant reservation in town. The castle is remote but that adds to the magic of it but you will need a car to do anything. At the end she gave us a wonderful tour of the entire place. It was great and our daughter loved it!

The room is located in the gorgeous castle with a magnificent view to the Geneva lake. I was amazed by the chance to stay at such a place with a long history. Thank you very much for this opportunity.

Amazing large place with noticeable attention to details. Has a great feel combining antique with luxury without sacrificing convenience or comfort. Breathtaking views and great location. The experience is definitely worth it!
