Condo vacation rentals in Rohrbach District

We had a GREAT stay in the apartment in June when we visited Wels for competing in the European Cup in triathlon. The apartment were clean and very good arranged with a good set of tools ready for us as guests to use. Estera even helped us in a very good way when we got a bit delayed for our trip home. Big recommend!

Very nice, cozy, small apartment, equipped with everything I needed for the short trip; I was able to easily use coffee, spices, etc.; good and central location, not far from the train station and also communication with Isabella was straightforward and check-in flexible. I felt very comfortable and will be happy to stay with her again when I am in Linz. And yes, there is a busy road past the house, but when the window is closed, that didn't bother me further.

Apartment in Wels: Quiet, close to the center (car recommended), parking is available right in front of the house. Access and entrance without steps. Both bedrooms have access to bathrooms (and toilet separated by partition wall). In addition to curtains and curtains, also shutters for very good blackout. Children's room = play paradise (books, games, vehicles,... in very good condition - we hope future guests will also take care of it).

Sabine guided and accompanied us wonderfully, the apartment is very stylish and served us as a feel-good oasis.

Amazing time at the great place that looked so cool, like every piece of furniture has its own story. Beautiful fireplace and the turn in dinning table into a pool table. We enjoyed pool games and we had a beautiful time at all. Location was also perfect for us as our staying in Linz was connected to a Linz Hafen. A big thank you to Wolfgang who is a great host, very cool, easy going and helpful! If our paths cross towards Linz again, this will again be our place

The accommodation is well equipped and suitable for several people. The location is very central, a supermarket, cafe etc are easily accessible. The parking space in front of the door was also very convenient.

The place was as described, super clean, super located. It wasn't promised that much. We enjoyed the days in Schärding thanks to the apartment. Always happy to come back!

We used it on New Year's Eve when we went skiing on Hochficht. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. We found what we needed in the kitchen and a store within walking distance. We had a great time. Armin responded quickly and was welcoming. Definitely recommend! Beautiful experience☺️

We were received very nicely and courteously and found many small surprises ( e.g. in the fridge and in the fruit bowl). We found everything very lovingly prepared and you could feel very comfortable and relax in the beautiful apartment. It was a very nice stay

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!

Christa's beautiful apartment exudes clarity and harmony and is in my eyes perfectly suited to come to rest after an intense day. Unbeatable highlights - especially in this central location - are the parking garage and the spacious terrace! The apartment offers everything you need, and everything you need to know can be seen in a carefully curated folder. We didn't meet in person, but all communication was very friendly, all my messages were answered promptly. I would highly recommend Christa as a host or her apartment and would book with her again anytime!

Apartment is well located. Supermarket is just a few minutes walk and in general it is not far to other shops. The only negative point is that you can hear the trains at night when the window is open, but quite quiet.
