Clean, spacious property with a helpful support staff.

I am grateful to Abinav (superhost) and the staff for the all the help. We really enjoyed our stay. The place looks exactly as shown in pictures. The rooms/pool were clean and staff were very proactive. Also, the place is very close to some good recommended restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kanika is a wonderful host. The place is a bit hard to find but Kanika is aware of that and provided very detailed instructions and even came over to make sure we didn't get lost. The apartment was nice - just as in the pics. Clean, well maintained, complete privacy. The locality is rather chaotic but it seems safe and is certainly colorful We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go there again

This is the second time I am writing for Feroz’s listing, and I felt the same experience. The place is furnished with modern cum artistic interiors. Balconies on both sides of the apartment adds a pleasant sense of experience throughout the stay. Caretakers of the property are very friendly and polite. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a private, artistically luxurious, and Sukoon.

Amazing place for a group.

House was in excellent condition and in prime location. We came from san Francisco and kids really enjoyed living in this house. The house is nearby metro station so we could venture out at night to Atta market, DLF Mall, Mall of India and other places. House is in a safe community guarded by security guards and nearby police station. House had ask amenities including dishes, toilet paper and furnishings. Host also helped arrange for a maid who came to clean the house. Overall it was great place to stay away from our house in San Francisco. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for house in Noida.

Great house. Travelled from Amritsar, family of 3. Good clean house. The caretaker lady was very helpful. It's an older property but we'll maintained. I would definitely be interested in staying again. It's in GK 2 so peaceful and quiet.

We had a fantastic time with our family here. It is an extremely comfortable place where our family felt right at home. Riki was very helpful in directing us to nearby restaurants and other things to do near the place. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. And the metro stop is quite close to the place. This was important to us. We had my parents with us. Riki helped raise the bed for my parents who suffer from arthritis by adding a couple of mattresses. We are very thankful for that. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of utensils and dishes. We cooked almost every day and it felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Riki, for making our stay superb!

Good communications from our host right from the time of making the booking (via Airbnb). We came via Delhi's great Metro, having arrived on a midnight flight the night before so stayed close to the Airport for the first night. Vinita waved us up from the balcony of the Studio and once we arrived walked us round showing us the facilities (which included free cool water, a washing machine if you need to do laundry); a fridge, good modern bathroom and a gignormous bed which thankfully had a good mattress and soft pillows.

The place was neat and clean. The helper was very sweet and the host was also responsive. Great place for house parties! It was private and had amazing places to order food nearby. Totally worth the price!

Oh my goodness! I am unable to express how beautiful and perfect everything was, from the check-in to the host and the place itself. I did not have many expectations, but when we entered and Babita showed us the place, the ambiance of the house was simply delightful. The scented candles made the room smell so good, and what a warm welcome experience it was! Everything was nearly perfect. She was an exceptional host, very friendly and courteous. I did not encounter any issues whatsoever. Our stay was so comfortable, and I would highly recommend this place. Please do check it out. Thank you for accommodating us. 🫶
