Vacation rentals in Roggio

Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful. The drive up to the top of the hill was very windy. We took our time and had no issues. The road is totally paved and accessible. It wasn’t really the weather for swimming, but our kids had a quick swim as the pool is not heated. (They still had fun) We would love to be here on a summers day, it would be even more beautiful. Cinzia met us at the petrol station and guided us to the apartment on arrival. She also gave us some local recommendations. Very friendly and helpful. We also met a couple from just outside Ghent in Belgium. They had been coming f to stay here for over 20 years, so you know it’s good if they are wanting to do that. Was a quick drive to Lucca and Pisa. So glad we found this place to stay.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Thanks! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

I have stayed in many hotels, hostels, B&B's & Airbnbs. The standard of Gina's apartment surpasses most! immaculately clean, all amenities catered for. We slept in extremely comfortable beds and slept well. Gina herself is the jewel in the crown. always available to help or offer suggestions for foods entertainment etc. I feel she is a new friend!

We spent a weekend there with some friends for a birthday reunion. The place is very spacious and ideal for large groups of people who search for some privacy/ peace. The outdoor space was actually better than the photos. The apartment on the ground floor is separated from the 2 upper ones, which provides extra flexibility. The owner was very responsive and helpful, even providing us with some supplies that we were missing for our gathering when the supermarkets nearby were closed. There is also bbq equipment available which can be easily used. In case of rain, the front terrace remains covered and has enough space to chill and nice lighting at night. We really had an unforgettable time there and we really hope to be able to go back!
