The Boho Beauty was a delightful stay! Sean proved to be an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was charming, clean, and offered great comfort throughout our visit. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the hot water was consistently hot - perfect for relaxing showers after a long day of exploring. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of towels and extra linens. The quiet neighborhood served as a perfect base, with easy driving access to many attractions. Would definitely recommend!

This was my second time staying at Christa’s. It’s perfect for my work trips, a few minutes drive to everything, has great coffee options, quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable and the linens are soft. Christa is always friendly and helpful, and she always has snacks and beverages ready. I hope to stay again!

I highly recommend this Airbnb the next time you are in Fayetteville! It is so cute, so clean, in an awesome/walkable location right off of Dickson, I could go on and on. :) The bed was so comfortable, the towels smelled lovely, everything was so clean, and the host even had a basket full of snacks - sorting thru them I felt like I was on a first class flight!! We were there during the winter, and I have to say we really enjoyed having the fireplace - what a cozy treat and rare when renting a condo. Huge kudos to our host, we'll be back!!

Perfect place if you want to enjoy the campus, sporting events, or Dixon Street!

Our stay was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for our puppy. She loved running in the big fenced-in area. The house is spacious and super clean. Close to everything and easy morning runs to Walker Park. Thank you Jesse!

Owner was quick to respond & gave great shopping & restaurant suggestions. Convenient location to downtown & campus. Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Only thing missing was an iron but owner has on her list to add. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! The decor was beautiful, and was even better then the pictures. The host were incredibly thoughtful and stocked the space with everything one might need. Would for sure try and stay here again.

Had a great stay with family while in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider this home again if we have a large group staying in the area. Kids loved the play room and plenty of fun and secure space to run around the backyard.

This was a beautiful home and in a great neighborhood. There is a nice back porch with a pretty view where we saw deer every day which was an added bonus. Rodrique was very proactive and a friendly host. My family definitely plans to stay here again and I highly recommend!

Aurora was very responsive and accommodating. The home was beautiful and spacious, and there was something exciting for everyone. The amenities were superb and I am so grateful to have spent the evening in this lovely home!

house had what we needed

This is a lovely place - will happily stay again if we get the chance! The house was spotless and well decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. I traveled with my infant and he slept well in a crib in the walk-in closet! Melissa was also very gracious and responsive - she even responded within 30 minutes to a question I sent her on Thanksgiving. Overall, great place.

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Nice, clean place near U of A. It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to note that there is a train track that is very close to the property (might hear it in the middle of the night). Overall, highly recommend!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

The building itself seems fairly old, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances were very updated and nice. All 4 bedrooms had a king bed which was nice. It was close to our in-laws which made it perfect for us.

Very charming space, perfect for two. Thank you - we will definitely be booking here again when we visit our son at the university!
