Thanks to Anaëlle and her dad for hosting us. We had a great time for Le Mans 24 hours in the apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. Close to the Plantagenet city, shops and tram and close to the restaurant L 'épicerie du pré where you will be welcomed. We recommend this apartment. Nicole and Philippe

We had a lovely stay at Mathilde and Valentin's! We were a group of 4 friends, who came to visit the city and the 24h Le Mans circuit. Valentin was able to give us many nice places to visit in the city. I recommend this apartment for its cleanliness but also for its comfort. We would not hesitate to book with them again if we return to Le Mans!

Great stay. The accommodation is as described, close to the center, clean, with a parking space. The Super U nearby is a plus. Jacques is a welcoming and responsive host. Would definitely stay again again for a future stay in Le Mans.

I stayed here for a night while on a long bike tour, and it was perfect for my needs... There was a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and bed. Benoit was on site to give me a friendly welcome and it was quiet at night. Ideal!
