Beautiful apartment overlooking Monte Saraceno. The balcony leads around the apartment and offers beautiful views of the sea, olive groves, the road and just the Monte. The apartment has everything you could ask for and is well equipped. Also, Mattinata is a great city! There's something going on in the evening, you can drink aperitif and eat out - always outside, always cozy. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached on foot in half an hour. We regret not having planned more than 2 nights for this. Also very friendly hosts.

Antonia is a very nice host. The Casetta was centrally located but still quiet. The center and the beach are easily accessible on foot. I recommend it with all my heart.

We had a very pleasant stay. The host approached us to receive us although we arrived later than expected, he patiently explained everything to us and recommended where we could dine. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for your stay. super recommended!

Julie’s apartment was large, clean and very airy. She was very generous and provided some snacks and a lovely chilled bottle of rose’. The furnishings are comfortable and complete. There are some stairs to navigate but we have learned most Italian seaside towns are the same. This elevation is what makes the towns so picturesque. We thank Julie so much for all of her extra help and advice!

Antonio was a brilliant host and very responsive. He responds within minutes and very easy to communicate. The building the Airbnb is in is a little unassuming and the lift is very small if carrying lots of luggage, but the flat itself was extremely clean and very modern, and within walking distance of the centre. Overall we take enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon!

Modern and clean apartment, located in the historic center of Manfredonia, with bars, clubs and activities a few meters away. The owner is very kind, she responded and fulfilled all our requests very quickly Recommended location also for those who want to move along the Gargano coast, Vieste, Peschici, etc. Check-in is flexible and easy thanks to the door code lock.

A positive experience to say the least. Mrs. Lucia was always helpful and kind. The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The area is quiet and well served.

Everything was great in terms of cleanliness, location and treatment. To put a pega, the stairs to access the apartment are two floors without an elevator.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a large terrace, well equipped and with air conditioning it is in a great location to walk to both the free beach and the establishments. In just a few minutes by car you can get there, passing through the gates of the State Nature Reserve, to a very long beach of fine white sand, also suitable for children because the sea is low and quiet. A special thank you, however, goes to Francesca and her husband who welcomed us as family people, considerate and helpful. A vacation recommended for those who love nature and the tranquility of a family and comfortable environment. See you soon.

I chose this place for the second time. I like the location and the good accessibility of the beach, as well as the small shops where I can buy everything to prepare delicious Italian food. Lucia was friendly. We didn't get to meet in person, but communication still went well.

The accommodation is small but very well located close to the historic center of Vieste (lively and very picturesque, we loved it). Good communication with Anna and Giuseppe, our stay was perfect. We recommend it!

What a perfect stay we had at Giuseppina’s apartment, just moments away from the sea! The place is easy to find, check in straight forward and all very secure. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We will certainly return in the future and highly recommend this place. Staying out of season, it was very quiet which was perfect for us!

Great value for money, very close to both free and equipped beaches, equipped with a very well maintained swimming pool with children's slide, free regulated tennis court as well as ping pong and ticket. The complex is a little old but the owners are always at work to make improvements and maintenance. A special appreciation to Mr. Rocco and his son for the great availability shown, without ever being intrusive. Very good Apulian specialty that they cooked us in the wood-fired oven, which is also available for pizzas along with the adjacent grill. The residence is in a quiet area but only 5 minutes from Vieste

House in a great location with respect to the sea, with both private (terrace) and common outdoor spaces (swimming pool, ping pong, foosball, tennis court) fresh and well cared for. Dear Anna and Rocco, who also give you availability to get the barbecue ready. Recommended for both families and groups of friends. To get to Vieste, it's a good idea to have a car.

We loved our stay, it is walking distance from a marvelous beach, and also from the beautiful city of Vieste. The apartment is functional. The pool is clean and well kept surrounded by olive trees and the property has lots of space for the kids, ping pong table, soccer field, trampolim. Nevertheless the highlight of our stay was our host, Papa Rocco which was a total delight. Super friendly, warm, always open for a chat, a glass of wine, tips, delicious cheese and local delicacies and preparing the olive wood oven every morning. We even baked a lasagna in it. Great place with a lot of amenities! We were 3 adult couples and had an amazing time there. Close enough to Vieste but still peaceful. Rocco went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would recommend and stay over again!
