Thank you Ilse and Maarten :) You have a great place for resting and enjoying life. When i arrived by bike, i was glad that there was already enough food to cook. I think the closest supermarket is Poiesz in Haulerwijk.

Maarten is a great host! Responds quickly and is very friendly. Great! The location was beautiful. Rural with a nice view. We enjoyed it!

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. Communication with Christa was smooth and friendly. We were very neatly received by Christa's father. Getting up with a view of the meadows was delightful!

The cottage is in a very quiet location with a wide view. The beds were lovely and the rest of the decor/cottage was comfortable and equipped with every comfort. You do need a car to get out. The cottage is located in a nature reserve with lots of water. There are many hiking opportunities and there are nice pictures in the area to visit. Claudia and her husband are welcoming friendly people.

We spent a wonderful week at Aagje in Een-West. Beautiful spacious house with a lovely garden. Good beds. We met wonderfully sunny weather. Since it is still early in the year, it was also wonderful to sit in the igloo greenhouse at the end of the afternoon;where it was warmed up by the sun. Aagje is a very sweet hostess;cheerful,interested and always willing to give information about the beautiful surroundings. Een-West offers you the opportunity to look around Drenthe,Groningen and Friesland... Really enjoy! Regards, Jan & Saskia van der Vooren.

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation of Marten and Brigitte. After a friendly reception, we drove to the accommodation and we got a short tour and explanation. The accommodation looked clean and cared for and has all the comforts. The location is quiet and in nice weather you can sit outside. In short, it is recommended to stay one. We were looking for a stay near Heerenveen where we participated in the Dutch 100, 10 km of ice skating and 90 km of cycling for a good cause to collect money for research into Lymphoma cancer. When Marten and Brigitte heard that we were going to participate, they decided to make a donation to our team for which we are very grateful.

What can I say: Our stay was absolutely great! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and really a place to feel good. The furnishings are great, very cozy and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. It was wonderfully quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. We were particularly impressed by how helpful and friendly the hosts were – we were helped incredibly quickly with any concerns. All in all: a fantastic place with great hosts – we'd love to come back!

What a beautiful house to spend a vacation! Everything was there, from kitchen attributes to lovely beds to sleep in. A sea of space and tranquility. We enjoyed it!
