George, the host, was very accommodating and helpful with questions about the property. The apartment was clean, updated, but still felt rustic and local. The outdoor accommodations like the hot tub and the fireplace were just great. You are able to see almost every star in the night sky. We appreciated all the extras inside the house that made it comfortable for us to stay. We visited during December so there weren’t too many restaurants open close-by, but the location was incredible for accessibility to the sea, the wetlands, ruins, and other hiking spots.

The space is a two-story detached house with a separate entrance and a separate courtyard on the top floor we stayed in. The downstairs were very friendly, with us and our big dog, nice, informative and discreet owners. Mr. Babis has made everything with his hands and with special care. The heating is very good and in a house with very good insulation. We preferred it because it's a home with privacy and where you can easily access many parts of the area. We will definitely visit again! Thank you for a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Spyridons apartment. It looks exactly like the photos, it is gorgeous! We only stayed for two nights after a week of sailing, the washing machine was extremely useful! Bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for cook a meal, living room and balcony area were really relaxing. Easy to find and get to, Spyridon was also flexible with the check in. Only one private issue which we messaged about and received a response straight away. Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area.

The space was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring I got a good night’s sleep after exploring the city. The location was perfect—close to the city center yet in a quiet neighborhood, making it convenient for both sightseeing and relaxation. Communication with the host was excellent, they were friendly and responsive. I truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ioannina. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Christos was a great and very helpful host. The house was great and warm at all hours of the day, and it was even better than the photos. Its location was great, being close to the center (10 min max by car) and in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.
