Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. This is truly a very special place! We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful property. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal for what we were looking for- water view/access, secluded, and easy access to local towns like Watch Hill, Charlestown, Westerly, and Newport The location made exploring a breeze. The host Marie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Rhode Island/eastern Connecticut shore area. We look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with supplies. The 7 of us enjoyed gathering around a spacious table to play games in the bright roomy sunroom. It led out to a very nice patio with a comfy wicker couch and chairs. The host was very prompt in responding to us and was quick to satisfactorily address our questions. We had a wonderful,memorable time!

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.
