Great location and walkable to everything! Very very convenient. Four adults stayed and everyone was comfortable. Easy to check in and out!

Great place to spend some time in Savannah. This comfortable apartment is walking distance to both the uptown historic destinations as well as the downtown restaurants, and its location near Forsyth Park meant most of our outings started with a lovely stroll thru the beautiful park. Beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the entire place was very clean. We got top notch communications from the host with clear directions for accessing the unit and street parking was easy and free. We would stay again!

Bubba was a cordial, timely and accurate communicator. This lake property was relaxing, comfortable, roomy, roomy and roomy. We have now stayed there once in the summer and once in the winter. And we look forward to another summer or fall stay.

If you stay here you'll be right in the middle of the historic river district with everything within easy walking distance. And it's a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment in an old building which is full of history.

Great spot , on the park and a straight shot (by foot or trolly) to all the shops and restaurants. Look forward to going back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s place!! He and his team were life savers after we had to leave our first place in Savanah due to some issues. Their customer service was top-notch, and the home was gorgeously appointed and ideally located — it lives up to the Luxury name!!! Great beds, high end finishes, private, secure garage parking, elevator, and a 240v plug for charging EV vehicles was a huge plus. The kitchen was beautiful and functional, and we especially enjoyed playing Clue at the dining room table in the evenings. :) We loved grilling on the deck and lounging by the fire pit. It’s a great neighborhood for walking your dog, and the bakery down the street is fantastic!!! Easy 15 minute walk along the river to historic downtown, 10-15 minute drive to most of Savannah, or hop on the ferry to get to the convention center. A quiet neighborhood right on the water, but still close to everything. We truly loved our stay and hope to come back when we’re in Savannah again!!

This was a great space to stay with my toddler. Location was convenient and we loved having parking right outside the door. Everything was very clean and comfortable and in working order, but I'll say the space is more lived in than the pictures show.

The home is lovely. The location is peaceful. I like the fact that it was a walk to the river and downtown; it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. We had a couple sticky moments, but the host responded quickly and helped us handle everything. I can’t recommend this home enough if you are on a trip to Savannah.
