We loved this place. Parking right out front door and pool access right out the back door! Will stay here again! We had trouble with the oven working, but someone just shut the gas off out back. There are two gas shut offs, one to the grill and one to the house/oven. After we figured that out with Katelynn’s help it was smooth sailing. We loved having 4 bathrooms with our big group!

Our family LOVES this condo! We always stay here when we come to St. George. It is steps from the pool and my kids swim for hours. We love having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it gives us room for everyone. We had a great time at the pickle ball courts this time too. The host was very responsive and helpful.

My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids, and we absolutely loved it. The place is super kid-friendly—our 3-year-old daughter actually started calling it “the toy hotel” because there were so many thoughtful touches for children, like chalk to play with and a great selection of toys to keep them entertained. The home felt cozy and welcoming, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and everything we needed for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot near Zion that’s not just convenient, but also really pleasant to relax in.

We loved staying at the East Zion Resort. The resort is ideally located between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, making it easy to spend time at both on the one trip, and there are loads of other fun activities to explore locally too - which Micah and Jules will email you about before you book. We also enjoyed using the amenities of the resort itself - it was fun to be able to play in a lightly heated pool in April, and we enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub. The East Zion team is very communicative and welcoming, and although there are many other Airbnbs at this resort, our experience still felt private and restorative. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to explore the Southern Utah region!

we loved staying here, very clean had everything we needed. super close to everything we never drove more then 15 minutes to anywhere we went. kids had a blast and want to go back. I loved the hot tub and having a fun area to bbq and hangout in the evening! Definitely reccomend!

The benefit of staying with Southern Utah Luxury is that the house is professionally decorated, stocked, and maintained. They have a checklist for everything you might need and reasonable quality control. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that they advertised three bathrooms, but there were only two. But we got along fine with only two.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay! The room is beautiful, clean and the perfect amount of space for what I needed. I loved having access to a fridge/cooktop/microwave for a quick snack or simple meal. With a college student-kid living in the area, I hope to make more trips to the area and would love to stay again!

We would definitely stay here again! The condo is super kid friendly and was meticulously cleaned for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were a nice touch. We stumbled upon a chest of toys in the bunk bed room when we were packing up to leave, so don’t miss out on those during your stay 😉. There were also games in the living room closet for kids and kid plates, bowls, cups, and silverware in the kitchen. Great family friendly rental! Would be a good stay for a group of adults too - the condo is right next to the adult pool/hot tub.

The house was close enough to Zion national park, which was the goal of our stay. The house itself was incredibly clean, in great condition, and had more than enough of everything needed for a home-like stay (there was endless dishware, silverware, towels, etc, which is great for cooking a lot). Furniture, bedding, etc were very comfortable. It was great having a garage and the ability to take the garage door opener for the car with us when we left - we’ve stayed at dozens of airbnbs and very few have even had a garage and none have had use of a car garage door opener. Price was fair, and I removed a day from our trip and received my refund promptly without issues. Highly recommend staying at this address from these great owners.

We had a group of 12 stay here for a retreat and it was perfect. The rooms were comfy and accommodated both kids and adults. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool, nearby restaurants and the gorgeous S Utah scenery. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking for a crowd, and there were plenty of towels and blankets. We appreciated the various gathering spaces (Living room and upstairs lounge) for discussion times, and the table games and puzzles added more opportunities to play together.
