Loved staying here, walking distance to everything in Times Square and easiest access to the subway from any direction. Great restaurants and a lot to do. Would recommend Margaritaville to Air BnB guests and hotels guests. The staff were so friendly and super helpful with any questions we had. Easy check in and check out. Loved everything about our stay!!!!

Marti was a wonderful host - she was incredibly responsive and attentive; we even forgot personal belongings in the room and within 15 minutes of checking out received a phone call to let us know. The Inn itself is beautiful, quiet, serene, and very clean, and room itself was also clean as well as very peaceful and cozy. We truly enjoyed our stay—thank you for a lovely time!

Jimmy and his family are incredibly kind and gracious host, super accommodating and tries their best to make every stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very spacious and clean and location was perfect and central to all.

The welcoming foyer features a warm color palette, highlighted by a sleek illuminated reception desk. An elegant chandelier hangs from the ceiling, while a staircase with wooden banisters leads to the upper levels. Soft lighting from wall sconces enhances the inviting atmosphere.

The Michelangelo staff were extremely polite, professional and courteous! The hotel is located in a great spot with lots of nearby attractions and great restaurants. The rooms are exactly as pictured and were well kept and clean- would definitely recommend

place was easy to find. very clean and nicely decorated. wifi was working great. only thing I have to mention is room was a bit small (but this I had read in the reviews already before booking and was comfortable with the choice). Staff was friendly and proactive. both check in and check out went smoothly. I realized though that Bedsheets are not changed in between days, and I could have missed this in the instructions or somewere. otherwise, I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is a perfect stay in a perfect size room for a short trip to New York City. We are very familiar with the St. Regis as we stay there very often. The price is perfect for this space in the size room, you will not be disappointed. If you’ve ever stayed at the St. Regis, do you know what to expect and it is no different in this particular residence. We will definitely reuse the same Airbnb in the future.

The team and front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Location was convenient for where I was visiting, and having a great restaurant in the building was nice. Plenty of towels and back up hospitality items in the room or accessible to guests was a plus. I'll have to stay longer next time!

Incredibly easy check in and check out. They offered $15 to spend each day at the lobby restaurant which also had great food and a great staff. The location is very peaceful and close to the subway station on Roosevelt which made traveling insanely easy! And to top it off we were on the 15th floor and had an excellent view of the water and city. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit New York for an extended trip and need a place to stay!

Jimmy and his family are amazing hosts, super friendly, and responsive! The hotel is centrally located on Main St. and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. The room we stayed in was cozy and enough to accommodate a 2 night stay as we explored the town. Their cafe on the main level has tasty food as well. Book your stay at Cold Spring Hotel!

Jimmy is the best host I've encountered in staying. He was accommodating, friendly, kind, and really made the stay even better.

Just got back from a wonderful one night stay with Jimmy. We were greeted warmly, with humor and great local recommendations. The hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the Cold Spring Metro North stop. The room was exactly as pictured: quaint, clean, and cozy. We were offered discounts on breakfast and additional nights stays, which was a great touch. Jimmy was kind enough to hold our luggage and let us use his cafe's restroom after we checked out and explored Cold Spring for the day. If I come back to explore the multitude of hiking trails in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay with Jimmy again. I'm also recommending his hotel to any friends/family planning a trip to Cold Spring. Thanks for the great stay! - Taylor and Chris

Very nice option for a short Cold Spring stay. Jimmy was friendly and willing to help out in every way. We ended up needing to move the reservation week of and he was super helpful and flexible. The rooms were perfectly fine for a short stay - clean and comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

It was a really amazing time in an unique place. Al is a great person that gives a lot information both on local history and guiding on visiting the area. He's s very helpful with anything that is needed during stay. We'll be back!

Cold Spring Hotel and Jimmy the host are the best. Walkable from the train, pet friendly, plus the front desk is a cafe! This is a no-brainer when visiting Cold Spring. We’ll definitely book again.

I wanted to stay close to time square but had to deal with the bus and the train two ways . If you need something close to time square and want to adventure is ok but since I’m not use to the public transportation and I’m from the suburbs the location wasn’t good for my family . But the hotel is great if you have kids they can enjoy the pool and if you’re not planing to go out you can go to eat American food and enjoy the inside gym . I don’t recommend drive to time square since there is hard to find parking . Also look for the towns close to New York there are 15 one of them is union city west New York . Be safe

A very nice old house with four rooms upstairs and a restaurant downstairs. It was clean, comfortable, and the host was very easy to communicate with. It's our second time here, and we'll certainly be back in the future.
